Author's pov

Today was the day Jimin was to be discharged from the hospital, and they were to meet with Bang Pd immediately. Hoseok and Jungkook drove to the hospital to meet them.

Seokjin was there since morning as he was the one who went through the admission process, so he was there to do the discharge process also.

Jimin was given some drugs to take and was given his next appointment. They want to level the attacks so they are not frequent.

The four of them boarded the car and headed for Big Hit. The ride was silent , with everyone deep in their thoughts. Even though Jimin promised not to charge them with any crime, they couldn't help being nervous about what would happen.

Jimin was scared, he doesn't want to see Namjoon. He does not know what will happen in their, but he is not pleased to find out.

Jimin's pov

We finally reached the company after a fourty minutes ride. The ride was long, but it felt short. We met Taehyung on the way, and it was as if he had been waiting for us to arrive. Immediately he noticed us he moved away from his leaning position and came towards us.

"Jimin can we talk," He says, ignoring everyone else, probably not wanting to start a fight. "Whatever it is, say it here. If you can't say it here, then forget it, " hyung says, leaving no room for arguments.

He seemed unwilling to listen at first, but it seemed like whatever it is he wanted to discuss was important to him, so he later caved in.

"Drop the charges against Namjoon, I mean, do not charge him with anything, please," he says, pleading with his eyes.
I was speechless, I didn't even know how to reply to this. What am I supposed to say to him, I haven't thought about what to decide with Namjoon yet.

"Bold of you to think that you have no charges on you," Jungkook whispered but everyone heard, Taehyung totally ignored him as he spoke to me.

"I'm not stupid, I know you guys have to go through a trial, no matter how little, but can you please let him off? Don't charge with anything serious, please..." He says, his eyes tearing up but not letting them out, his grip on my shoulders tightening showing his distress.

"...I'm not telling you to forgive him, but can you please be considerate with the punishment. Please, I'm begging you." His voice was shaking, but he tried to keep a strong font.

I hate seeing him like this, but I can't just let Namjoon off the hook like that, I don't know why he's hell-bent on defending him. "I'll think about it, Tae..." I said, giving him a small smile and a pat on his shoulder.

He hugged, mumbling a small thanks before letting go, and headed for the office, and we followed suit. He knocked three times and waited until we heard 'come in' from within before he opened the door.

Namjoon was already there sitting in one corner of the room. We all greeted Pd-nim and sat down, our manager was also there. The room was silent for a moment before pd-nim spoke up.

"I don't know where to start from. This is too much, and I honestly don't know were to start addressing this issue. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from you guys." he says.

"Jimin..." he called me, and I raised my head to look at him. He looked at and opened his mouth to say something but closed it again. He repeated the actions again and again for God knows how many times, before he released a sigh, rubbing his temple.

"Fuck this is messed up," he says, his eyes looking at everyone in the room. "What do you guys want me to do? How do you want me to solve all this? Everything is just messed up, you really fucked up." He sounded defeated and at loss.

"When did this all start? Was it what happened before... the accident two years ago," he says, looking at us.

"Yeah..." Hoseok mumbled. "How does it involve you all? Shouldn't it be Seokjin, who is supposed to be the main culprit and all. How did it turn this messy all of a sudden," we all looked down, not knowing what to say.

"I thought we had settled the matter, why all this. How did all of you end up ganging up against him, to the extent that this happened." He paused, waiting for someone to say something, but none of us spoke.

"Did something happen after that incident that you are still not willing to share," he asked but was still met with silence. "This matter is never gonna die down if you guys are not willing to open up..." he says again.

"The only thing I know is that the matter that happened with Seokjin two years ago started all this, and you guys aren't willing to tell me everything, how do you expect me to come up with a solution. Fess up, please. This matter has to die down now." He says, but we still chose silence.

He sighed, knowing he won't get anything from us. It's not like we don't want to speak, but we haven't settled it within ourselves yet. It was a silent agreement but we all decided we talk through it first before getting anyone else involved.

"Jimin... what do you want to do? Just know that whatever it is, you decide we'll be with you through it." The manager who has been silent all along spoke up.

"Do you want to take them all for trial, or is it just Namjoon, I've heard everything from them, but I doubt it is all, because the way things are you guys really are experienced at keeping secrets," he says glaring at everyone of us.

"I... I don't plan on taking the other to court. They have already realised their faults and have apologised already. I've already forgiven them, so I doubt they will be any case between us..." I paused

"... as for Namjoon..." I trailed off looking at him. He looked up, looking at me. "... do you regret it," I asked him. The room became silent as everyone awaited his reply.

He looked me deep in the eyes and said nothing, he just kept his eyes on me and for a moment I thought he won't say a thing but then he said...

"No... I'll never regret it. If given the chance, I'll do it again, I chose this path, and no matter what happens, I'll walk through it, and I'll never regret any action I do while walking it," he says. I felt a pang in my chest at his answer. His eyes held no remorse.

"Hyung... please," Tae says, pleading with his eyes, the tears he's been fighting to keep from falling, rolling down like waterfall.

"I'll take legal charges against him," I said, looking at Bang pd. "Jimin, please le..." Tae started, but I cut him off. "I gave him a chance, but he made his decision by himself, Tae... there is nothing I can do." I said

The room was silent, no one said anything, not knowing what to at all.

"Okay, we'll, settle everything with the court, and we'll let you know when the trial is going to take place," the manager said before they dismissed us.
