The front of the court was tightly secured by the police denying entry to everyone but the members and their closest relatives.

Namjoon's father and sister were here, not to support their family, nor to oppose him. They still don't know if he is at fault, as mentioned in the conference, yet they still can't come to the conclusion that it was not entirely his fault.

After all, anyone who has watched the live the other day will find it hard to believe him. Jimin had only his father who cares less about him, so it's no surprise that he didn't show up today.

The only other people were Tae and Yoongi's parents. And then some of the army and some normal citizens were all sat in the gallery. Of course, they still had some army's outside who were not allowed entry inside.

The judge was occupied on his bench, and the prosecutors were all sat on the table.

Jimin and Namjoon were both sitting beside their lawyers on the defendants table.

Jimin's lawyer stood up and spoke. "Your honour, I Lee Haechul, was the one who layed charges against Kim Namjoon for rape and long-term abuse against my client Park Jimin. With me, here is gathered evidence that proves him guilty against the charges."

Then Namjoon's lawyer also stood up to speak. "Your honour, I Kim Yujun, I'm here to defend my client of the charges layed against him. With me, here is the evidence that will render the charges false."

"You may proceed," came the judges court reply.

"On the 5th of November, which was a week ago, my client and two of his other members had a live together, through which we can see the discomfort from both the members on the live with their leader,"

"Nearing the end of the live, it could be seen how he reacted to the thought of him touching him which resulted to him being hospitalised for three days due to a panic attack," he says showing the clip from the live.

"Under the company's questioning, Kim Namjoon admitted to his fault and claimed that he had raped my client and also had been physically abusing him before that,"

"I called upon my first witness Kim Seokjin to testify," he says. Seokjin, whose name was suddenly called upon without notice, felt his heart drop. What was he supposed to say? They did not discuss this prior, so he was definitely not expecting his name to be called.

He was guided into the witness box to take the oath. After which Haechul asks. "Can you tell us how the relationship between Jimin and Namjoon has been the past two years,"

"There was no drastic change in the way the two interacted at first. But later on, he had detached himself from us  suddenly finding comfort in his room."

"We discussed this with him noticing his sudden change, but he claimed he was okay,"

"It hasn't been long when we noticed that he doesn't like having physical contact with anyone, and he flinches whenever someone approaches or taps him. He was always on his mind and rarely interacts, we thought it was a phase, and he might get over it soon, but then this happened." He says.

"My lord, the members are unaware of this act because of the threat layed by Mr. Kim," says Mr. Lee. There was no need for Seokjin to speak, but this was the only way they planned on clearing any doubts that the other members were also involved

"Do you have any proof for your claims," the judge asks. "Yes, my lord." Mr. Lee went ahead to press on a clip from his laptop.

In the clip, it shows Jimin holding his arm with a burst lips sitting on the toilet floor, his body shaking. Namjoon was standing before him saying something, but the video was muted. You can't hear a thing.

Jimin clearly remembers what happened in that clip, It was when all this things started, he just got his arm twisted to the point it felt numb and a punch to his jaw, resulting in a bursted lip.

It was not only Namjoon. The others were there also, but they left early. Only Namjon and Kook stayed. He was in the bathroom but in the camera's blind spot.

Naamjoon said nothing, really. Maybe that's why the video was muted. All he said was that nobody wanted to hear his opinion, and he should keep them to himself. He can't remember what exactly he said that time, but apparently, it irked them.

It was during the time when his mouth was still sharp, and he retorts to them whenever he had the strength.

It was silent for a while. The judge furrowed his brows before his eyes met Namjoons lawyer. "Any objections," he says.

He shook his head, "Do you have any question for the witness," the judge asks again, and he repeated the same actions.

Seokjin's words had no loopholes. He made it so that they won't be any room for question. He neither said Namjoon was guilty nor did he say Jimin was right. He made so that none of the members were implicated. That was why they called him instead of the others. He was motioned out of the box. 

Mr. Kim stood up and presented the clip for the nightout at the bar. It was not clear, but it can be seen that the boys were happily drinking.

"Your honour, in this clip, it is clear that Jimin dressed to the bar with intentions to get laid, his outfit was especially... inviting. It revealed a lot, and with his type of body, no man is at mercy."

The man says, but anyone who knows Jimin knows his style. It was not making sense cause Jimin could only be wearing potato sack, and people would find him appealing to the eye.

"It is clear that the drink served to him by Namjoon was poured in his presence, which he drank with a smile, but he claimed to be drugged."

"I requested a drug rest on him, but there were no traces of any abnormal drug in his system. What proof does Mr. Park has to say that he was raped."

This was the problem. Everything he said was the truth. He was sure he was drugged, and Namjoon admitted to it also, but the medical reports showed no signs of drugs.

They tried acquiring the cctv footage of the hotel room, but there was none. It was Jimin's lawyer who did the drug test, so they was no way it was false.

This was the crucial evidence they had against them. They could still use that of the abuse against him, but Jimin wants justice for being raped.
