76. Mating marks

I feel like I'm floating like I'm there but not there...

The last thing I remember is the beginning of mating with Kin and a few prior flashes with the others. 

Wait, the last time I felt like this I was dead! Did I die again!?! 😯😭

No that can't be right! My eyes snap open taking in my surroundings.

"OH SHIT!! WHY AM I IN THE CHAOS VOID!" I scream as I blink rapidly.

"Calm down child. I brought you here, your body is still back with your mats finally sleeping."

Turning I am faced with the Goddess of creation.

"Godmother, It's lovely to see you," I told her with a bright smile as we embraced warmly.

Though her body looked translucent and full of stars like she was the galaxy, nobody who had the blessing of seeing her could ever see anything more beautiful.

"It's lovely to see you, Diamond. Congratulations on your first set of cubs." She placed her hand on my tummy giving me a soft glowing feeling.

Giggling as a blush brightens my face as I remember more of the crazy passionate time I had with my mates.

After a few moments of enjoying the confirmation that we succeeded, the goddess of creation got serious.

"Diamond, I have been watching you grow. I also watched those around you as you slept. Your brothers have done a fine job with beginning to put your plans for the city into motion. They didn't want to build too much in your absence, though I wish they had. I am looking forward to seeing it done. Now for the reason I called upon you. This cold season will be longer and far more brutal than before in preparation for the following cold season when the storm that hits every 500 years will once again be here. Tomorrow, connect a portal door from the Tree of Elements to the Tree of Serenity. That will allow you a connection to the hotter continent. I look forward to seeing what you end up choosing to do. Also, one last thing. Though you are stronger than most with your gifts, you are not invincible. Halfway through your pregnancy, you will only have access to a portion of your magic up until you give birth."

"How many Trees are there to connect?" I hurried to ask before she sent me back.

"There are five here in this upper Celestial Beastworld, another two in the lower Beastworld. With that You must go, your body needs food after being active for so many days even with the little your mates were able to give you. Then you slept for so long, your mates are worried. We will see each other again, time to return home little one."

My eyes started to feel heavy as I let out a yawn, rubbing my eyes I vaguely heard her say.

"I have blessed you with my gift, my chosen daughter." 

The first thing I notice is the warmth surrounding me, feeling two sets of arms hugging me close from the front and back. I tried to move and pull them closer, instead, I let out a whimper as a sharp pain in my lower back, and hips warned me not to move.

"My little Diamond, are you finally waking up?" Frost's voice and warm breath fanned over my lips as I felt his fingers moving my hair from my face.

Opening my teary eyes, I pouted as I told him.

"Frost, my body hurts to move."

Feeling the arm on my waist move as Gage's deep husky voice sounds in my ear as I feel him move my arm over my stomach.

"Let us comfort you, our lovely mate. Your body is absorbing still, though the size of your belly has gone down. You looked fully pregnant and ready to bust by the time your heat finished and you slept.
