"So how about dinner, I think you still had some pasta laying around." Lynn mentions after a while of her and Jenna hugging. "Yeah, yeah that sounds nice." Jenna whispers. Lynn waits a little longer before she let's go of Jenna and stands up. As she walks over to the kitchen she looks out of the house's back door. "Wow." A huge black cloud is approaching, Lynn can already see some lighting shoot through the storm. "What?" "I think we're gonna have a bad storm." Lynn says, continuing to walk to the kitchen. Jenna grabs her phone while Lynn starts boiling some water. "Fuck, it's going to rain the entire day tomorrow. Guess we're staying in because I'm not going out in that storm." "Nope I agree, we already missed out on one free day so I don't mind one tomorrow." Lynn says, making some sauce for the pasta.

After Lynn get's done with cooking she plates it and brings it over to Jenna, who has now crawled underneath a blanket, having it around her while she sits with her legs crossed. "Thanks Lynn." "Oh don't, I just cooked some pasta." Lynn says, sitting down. "Still, you cooked for me, even after everything you've done, today and earlier. God I just can't wrap my head around how fucking nice you've been to me. Like you've done stuff for me even after I teased you. W- why?" "I- I don't know actually...you first of all are a celebrity so I was flustered about the situation in the first place. But I think it was a gut feeling, I may not have realized it at first but I think I fell in love with you pretty quickly, I just didn't know what I was feeling. But I am still so so happy that I didn't give up on you, or that I didn't screw up." Lynn says in between bites. "You could never screw up, I was attracted to you the first time I layed eyes on you, but each passing minute my feelings for you grew. I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier." "No that's ok, I realize you had previous things to deal with. You don't have to apologize for being careful." Lynn smiles. "I am sorry for not realizing that I was in love with you in the first place, like the moment it dawned on me I felt so fucking bad for you. I ignored every hint you threw at me." "Yeah, no it was kind of hard not to scream at you, and when I did, it did feel good, but I also felt so terrible after I left." Jenna says. "You had every right to be mad at me, I'm just glad I could get to you in time. God I can't imagine how life after you had left would be. I know I lived without you for almost twenty two years but I don't want to spend another minute without you." Jenna puts her now almost empty plate down and throws her blanket around Lynn and hugs her tightly. Lynn doesn't say anything and just holds Jenna, slowly putting down her plate to wrap both arms around Jenna. "I hate you." Jenna whispers, her voice cracking. "I love you too Jenna." Lynn softly chuckles. They sit there for a while, doing nothing, Lynn feels Jenna's breath on her chest as they lay there.

"How about we just end this day, go upstairs and go to sleep." Lynn whispers. Jenna nods softly, while Jenna puts away the blanket, Lynn sets the plates down in the dishwasher. "Alright, I'm gonna take a quick shower and then I'll be right over." Lynn says, grabbing underwear from her suitcase. Jenna undresses, again to only panties and walks to her room. Don't make me wait too long." Jenna giggles. It barely sounds like Jenna is trying to make it sound dirty but Lynn interpretates it like that. Lynn steps under the shower, not only can she feels all the sweat of this afternoon wash off, but also the stress that caused it. "What a fucking day." Lynn sighs. This was a lot, yes she's glad that she stood up for Jenna, it had to be done. But god did it take a lot out of Lynn. She's...tired, just tired. She continues to think about the fight, how she reacted, how Jenna's mom reacted as she dries off, gets dressed and walks to bed.

But once Lynn opens the door, and sees Jenna there, scrolling on her phone, all her worries disappear. Everything just falls off her shoulders and everything just feels right. "What?" Jenna asks, noticing Lynn stare. "Nothing, I just love you." "Oh shut up and get over here." Jenna groans with a slight smile. Lynn gets in bed and hugs Jenna before Jenna crawls under her arm and rests her head on Lynn's chest. The two of them just sit there for a while, sit and talk. About the most random stuff, nothing related to each other just random conversations. It's nice.

After Lynn has called her mom and Jenna scrolled through her phone some more they turn off the lights. "I love you Jenna, goodnight." 'Goodnight." Jenna mumbles. She snuggles further into Lynn and Lynn holds her closer, tighter. She wants to make Jenna feel safe, from everything and everyone that can hurt her.

"Lynn?" Jenna softly says. The room has been dark for a while and Lynn was on the verge of sleeping when her girlfriend speaks up. "Yeah?" Lynn says with a sleepy voice. "What's up." "I want to thank you again, for standing up for me against my own god damn mom. For having my back when she said all that stuff about me. Like you've defended me almost literally. You fucking slapped my mom." Jenna softly giggles. "Who does that." Jenna says, her voice sounding sweet and sincere. Lynn recognizes from herself. "Someone who's deeply in love." Lynn says, kind of finishing Jenna's sentence. "I love you so fucking much Lynn Hutton, and I know I don't always act like it and I'm sorry that I can't tell you that more often but- but..." "Don't, I love you too Jenna, so so much and it's not your fault that you aren't great at sharing it. But I know you do, I know it and I can feel it. You make me complete Jenna Ortega." Lynn whispers back, planting a soft kiss on Jenna's head. "Thank you Lynn. For everything."
