"Where is your bathroom, I need to check if my hair is still looking as amazing as I left." Jenna's mom says, just obviously trying to draw attention to it. "Upstairs second door on your left." Jenna groans. Jenna's mom leaves the room with a small huff and walks upstairs. "What do we do now?" Lynn asks after making sure Jenna's mom is out of hearing reach. "I have no fucking idea, she always does this. Comes in at the worst times to make my life hell. But I cant send her away otherwise she will tell the rest of my family and I lose the family I do love." Jenna explains.

"So what are we going to do today then? 'cause I was really excited for doing nothing with you." Lynn says, looking a bit worried at Jenna. "I guess we could just go out for lunch, but it'll have to be a great restaurant to please queen bitch up there." Jenna says, Lynn is still amazed by how Jenna talks about her mom, she knew she hated her, but she like actually hates her. Like full-on hate. "Ooooor..." Lynn says, getting an idea to make Jenna feel better. "How about we go to a regular fast-food place, it are our plans she's invading, we just coincidently planned to eat out at a fast-food place this afternoon." "Lynn Hutton, you're a genius!" Jenna smiles, right as she does that Lynn does too, Jenna is happy. That will be her main mission. "I know, I know. Let's just show her how we actually are, like full on bad daughter." Lynn smirks evilly. "Thank you Lynn," Jenna smiles. "thank you for helping me." "Always." Lynn smiles. "Yeah you." "What do you mean yeah me?" Lynn asks, seeing Jenna's smile fade away slightly. "You are always helping me and being nice. Not everyone is." Jenna says, she is looking down at her hands. "So you're saying I'm better than everyone else?" Lynn smirks. Jenna smiles softly and looks up at Lynn, rolling her eyes. "That's not exactly what I said Lynn." Jenna chuckles. "Nope, I'm better than everyone else, your words." Lynn smirks even wider. "God you are never going to drop this now, are you?" Jenna laughs. "Nope, never." Lynn throws an arm over Jenna's shoulder and hugs her.

"Alright so I presume, low effort outfits as well?" Jenna says, walking upstairs with Lynn to go change. "Sounds perfect. So the two of them get into Jenna's closet, and lock the door just in case, to both change into some sweatpants. Lynn puts a matching grey hoodie on top of it and Jenna goes for a black sweater. Both roughly doing their hair in Jenna's makeup mirror and walking back downstairs. Jenna's mom is sitting on the couch already, legs crossed and looking down at her phone. "Alright mom, we were going to have lunch so if you insist on coming with us you're driving." Jenna says, putting on her shoes. Lynn silently puts on her shoes as well, she doesn't really want to get in between the two when it is not necessary. Without saying anything Jenna's mother stands up and walks outside in front of them, opening her car and getting in. Lynn and Jenna silently follow and get in the back. "So what's the place?" Jenna's mom asks, Jenna just grabs her mom's phone, types in the address and gives it back. "This is one of my favorite places." Jenna softly smirks. Jenna's mom doesn't question it much so she just starts driving

"So where are we really going?' Lynn whispers to Jenna. "I saw that there was a Five Guys not too far from here." Jenna giggles softly. Lynn also giggles but quickly stops once she sees Jenna's mom's eyes piercing her soul through the rear view mirror.

Eventually the three of them pull into the street. "Just park over there." Jenna points out a spot to park, not immediately next to the Five Guys. Lynn is already mentally preparing herself for the reaction they're going to get, but she is mostly worried this will lead to another big argument between Jenna and her mom. Jenna's mom parks and the three of them get out. Before standing on the sidewalk for a bit to mentally prepare some more, Lynn and Jenna lead the way, walking on the sidewalk before suddenly turning into the Five Guys. "What!? This is the place?" Jenna's mom says with a hint of disgust in her voice. "Yeah mom, I like eating here." Jenna says with a roll of her eyes. "Oh I though missus actress was too good for these kinds of restaurants. I thought you were a high class girl." Jenna's mom says. Jenna clenches her fist and Lynn can see she's about to says something back, but before she can Lynn uncurls Jenna's fingers and intertwines them with hers. Jenna calms down and they just ignore the sighing and groaning from Jenna's mom while they wait.

Eventually they order and Jenna's mom just asks for a soda, not wanting to: 'get all that grease in my body.' Saying it in such a belittling tone so everyone else in line could hear her judgement. Lynn and Jenna both just get a burger, fries and milkshake. "I thought that you had to stay slim for your acting, this definitely won't help." Jenna's mom says. Lynn can feel Jenna's grip tighten from anger but she glides her thumb over Jenna's hand to calm her, thankfully it works. "Well actually I don't have anything too soon so I can live a little." Jenna calmly says. "Oh, so your career is dying." "No it is not, but you don't know your daughter well enough to know what's happing in her life." Lynn says, snapping slightly. It works because Jenna's mom keeps quiet for the rest of the wait. When they get their orders they sit down at a table, they first have to convince Jenna's mom that she won't get sick by just touching the table but eventually they get to eat. Jenna dives into her burger, clearly making it messier. Lynn wants to do the same but she is staring Jenna's mom down. "So Jenna, when will you finally admit you think you're better than us?" Jenna's mom suddenly says, Jenna just looks sad, she looks tired. Seeing Jenna like that is enough to make Lynn boiling with anger. "How about you shut the fuck up!" She says, she didn't want to make a scene, but oh does this fucking woman have issues, Lynn can't stand it any longer. It's time for her and for Jenna to stand up to her.
