Meanwhile, at the Jeon's residence, Jungkook was darting around the mansion, trying to evade his sister Jimin, who was attempting to apply mehndi to his hands.

Jungkook protested, "But didi (sister), mehndi is for girls, not boys!" as he leaped from one couch to another, trying to avoid her grasp.

Jimin, carefully, chased after him, laughing and saying, "Kookie, stop running and let me apply mehndi to you!"

"You're getting married, so you need to at least get mehndi for the shagun ceremony. Otherwise, your wedding won't happen," she said with a sly smile, finally seeing the horrified look on Jungkook's face.

"No way!" he muttered in shock and disbelief.

"Yes way, come on, quickly. We need to go to the Kim Mansion too," she said, her tone firm but playful, as she gestured for him to come along.

Jungkook's eyes lit up with joy at the mention of the Kim Mansion, and he quickly sat down, extending his hands towards Jimin.

"Didi, write Tae's name beautifully," he said, beaming with a wide smile, which made Jimin chuckle.

Jimin carefully sat on the couch and wrote Taehyung's name on Jungkook's palm, while Jungkook grinned like a fool.

After finishing, Jimin asked, "Now, give me money." Jungkook teased, "Why are you always asking for money like a beggar?"

He scoffed while taking out his wallet, but got a smack on his forehead from Jimin, who said, "It's a part of shagun, dumbo!"

Jungkook rolled his eyes and was about to hand over some cash, but Jimin snatched the entire wad of money from his hands, leaving him staring at her in disbelief.

"Maa, let's go, it's getting late!" she shouted, after carefully decorating the mehndi and getting ready to head to the Kim Mansion.

Just then, their mother, Mrs. Jeon, appeared, looking stunning in a beautiful saree, her beauty radiating as she joined them.

"Let's go, beta (child)," she said, taking the plate from Jimin's hands. Jimin smiled and nodded, about to walk towards the door, but stopped when she saw Jungkook following them.

"Bro, where are you going?" Jimin asked, raising her eyebrows in surprise.

"Kim Mansion," he replied, his face scrunched up in a frown.

"No, beta, this is a ladies-only function. You can't come," Mrs Jeon said firmly, and walked outside with Jimin, leaving Jungkook behind.

Jimin smirked and stuck out her tongue at Jungkook as she walked away, leaving him standing there, feeling dumbfounded and frustrated.

"What, I can't even attend my own wedding functions?" he pouted, flopping down on the couch and gazing at the mehndi on his hand.

He then looked at his phone and muttered to himself, "And madam (Taehyung), where are you so busy that you're not picking up my calls or replying to my messages?"

Mrs. Jeon and Jimin arrived at the Kim mansion and greeted everyone. Mrs. Kim exclaimed, "You took a long time to come!" while taking the mehndi plate from her.

Jimin chuckled and replied, "What can I say, Aunty? Kookie (Jungkook) was being stubborn and didn't want me to apply mehndi to him," which made everyone laugh.

Taehyung bit her lips and smiled shyly.

Jin then said, "Okay, let's start now. The auspicious time is passing," indicating that they should begin the ceremony without delay.

As everyone proceeded to the stage, Taehyung took her seat on the stool, surrounded by Jin and Jisoo, who were tasked with applying the mehndi.

The atmosphere was filled with laughter and teasing, as they playfully joked with Taehyung, oblivious to the fact that someone in the crowd was fixated on her.

As the mehndi ceremony commenced, Taehyung felt a mix of excitement and nervousness wash over her.

She had always envisioned this moment, and it was finally becoming a reality. Jin and Jisoo chatted and laughed as they skillfully applied the intricate designs on her hands, while Jimin and Mrs. Jeon busied themselves with preparing the rest of the ceremony.

The joy and excitement were palpable, but Taehyung's unaware of the admirer gazing at her from afar.

As the ceremony continued, the individual who had been fixated on Taehyung from a distance grew increasingly agitated, their gaze intensifying.

Meanwhile, Taehyung began to feel a creeping sense of unease, as if someone was watching her every move.

Despite her attempts to dismiss it as mere paranoia, the feeling only intensified, making her skin crawl. She tried to focus on the joyous occasion, but her instincts refused to let her shake off the unsettling sensation that she was being watched.

Jack and Yoongi entered the Jeon mansion, engrossed in a conversation, but their expressions turned concerned as they noticed Jungkook sitting on the couch, lost in thought.

They exchanged a worried glance, and Jack asked, "What happened to Mr. ACP?",plopping down beside him on the couch, while Yoongi sat on the other side.

Jungkook sighed sorrowfully and began fidgeting with his engagement ring, his eyes filled with longing. He was deeply missing Taehyung and yearning to see her and hold her close.

Yoongi asked with a playful tone, "If I'm not wrong, you're thinking about Taehyung, right?"

Jungkook nodded, his face scrunched up in a sad pout.

Jack chimed in, "Aww, my cute boyfie, let's video call them, na? Like they did during the Tilak ceremony."

Jungkook's face brightened at the suggestion, and he quickly grabbed his phone and called his mom, knowing Taehyung would be busy and wouldn't answer his call.

Meanwhile, Yoongi and Jack tried calling Jimin, Jisoo, and Jin, but their faces fell when no one picked up.

Jack exclaimed, "I've never been ignored so much in my life," feigning offense, and Jungkook nodded in solidarity.

After a moment of silence, Yoongi spoke up, "Well, I have an idea," his voice laced with a nervous smile.

Jack and Jungkook quickly turned their attention to him, their eyes wide with curiosity.

"What idea?" they asked in unison, leaning in to hear Yoongi's plan. As he explained, their faces lit up with excitement and admiration, clearly impressed by Yoongi's clever thinking.

Jack and Jungkook pounced on Yoongi, showering him with affectionate pecks on the cheeks.

Jungkook exclaimed, "You're great, jiju (brother-in-law)!" Yoongi smiled, trying to leave, saying, "Okay, you guys go and work on the plan, I've got some work to do."

But Jungkook and Jack wouldn't let him go, dragging him towards his room, insisting, "How will this plan work without you, jiju?"

Yoongi shook his head, laughing at the crazy duo, realizing he was now an integral part of their scheme and there was no escaping it.
