Saakshi's world seemed to shatter as she fell to the ground, her knees bearing the weight of her emotions. The words of her uncle seemed to echo in her mind, leaving her heart heavy with sorrow. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she struggled to make sense of the devastating news. With a heavy heart, she followed her uncle to the hospital, each step feeling heavier than the last.

Upon reaching the hospital, Saakshi's eyes fell upon her Grandmother, lying still and lifeless. The sight pierced her soul, and the reality of the situation hit her like a wave of grief. Her sobs echoed through the corridors, a poignant melody of pain and loss.

As she stood there, grappling with the harshness of reality, a glimmer of hope emerged as the doctor emerged from the room where her Grandmother lay. The moment hung in the air, heavy with anticipation and uncertainty, as Saakshi awaited the doctor's words that would determine the course of their lives.

"She didn't respond to surgery, only a few hours left in her life" She rotted in her place when she heard the news. It is so hard for her and everyone around her. Sometimes life can be so unpredictable and sad. When someone doesn't respond well to surgery, it can be heartbreaking, especially when time is running out.

"we're sorry to say this, but we tried our best. We already informed her about the tumor, but she didn't pay attention" the doctor said. If she already knew about her tumor then why didn't she inform them beforehand? Saakshi was lost in thoughts.

Saakshi was feeling confused and frustrated in this situation. Sometimes people may not share their health issues due to fear, denial, or not wanting to worry others. It's possible that she needed time to process the news herself before sharing it with others. Communication about health matters can be challenging, and everyone copes differently. Every word felt like a pang in her heart, as she pondered about the reasons.

"Why did you do this granny? If you know about your tumor why didn't you undergo surgery?" Saakshi queried her granny. She wants to know the truth from her granny. Saakshi was concerned about her granny's health. It's important to have open and honest communication, especially when it comes to serious matters like health.

"You think I don't know, The Doctor said that survival chances after the operation are moderate. You know your granny is selfish, She thought to live with her granddaughter for a while if she does not have surgery" Grandmother's confession reveals her inner struggle between the desire to be with her granddaughter and the fear of the risks of surgery. Saakshi cried out loudly. The time she spent with her granny flashed like a movie in front of her. Saakshi's reaction, filled with sorrow and memories of their time together, beautifully portrays the bond between them her vision blurred due to crying. Hours passed. Hours became minutes became seconds her grandmother died....

As she slowly opened her eyes, a wave of emotions washed over her, threatening to spill over in tears once more. Despite the heaviness in her heart, she made a conscious effort to hold back my tears, especially in front of her Dad, who was already grappling with the loss of his mother. The unspoken weight of grief hung in the air, binding them together in a silent understanding of shared sorrow and the need to stay strong for one another.

"Don't worry, I'm okay'," she whispered, trying to reassure them. Their expressions softened, a glimmer of relief flickering in their eyes.
