Chapter 26 - He is in love

"Aaron I'd like to ask you something, " I asked him to know the answers to unanswered questions.

"Anything for you my brother" I was going through a lot which is keeping me at sea. I was drowned in the questions about my life.

"So how do you know that I'm in love with her ?" I queried him. Sometimes I feel like I'm in love but I'm not sure I've to know the answer from him I know it's a stupid idea to know about us from others but this situation left me in a position where I can't find a single clue.

" It's evident in your eyes Ric" he laughed at my question. I was still looking at him " She is the one who's hurt but you're feeling its pain isn't it enough to tell that you're in love" he sighed and crossed his arms over his chest.

" How about I'll show you" I was bewildered when he uttered those words. How can he show me? Did I misheard him? I was looking at him with a confused face, he dragged me into the car after a while it halted near a house Which is unfamiliar to me.

"Hey Krish ia been a while " Aaron shook his hands with Krish. They both exchanged greetings and talked about their well-being. They both seem like good buddies.

"You never show unless something comes up so what's the matter" he asked Aaron.

"I heard that you allowed your wife to go abroad for work" he nodded. " If I'm not wrong you're possessive about the person you love why did you let her go? " I was looking at him with bewilderment. He's so very interested in others' lives I thought.

Krish left a small laugh and said " I love her and I respect her every decision as long as we're together" he said.

"Shall we go?" Aaron asked me I didn't understand what he was trying to say again The car halted near a house where a middle-aged man was living... He raised his children alone without his mother.

" What happened to Your wife" Aaron asked a middle-aged man. When he heard those words tears almost welled up in his eyes. "You know the reason Aaron why are you asking again " he's on the verge of sobbing touching his wife's portrait. Seems like she passed away I felt pity for him. Lost in the world of my thoughts.

" My friend wants to know he Never believed in me ... So please tell him" This broke my Chain of thoughts.

"She's pregnant... Doctors said they could only save one life. She loved our unborn child ... So she sacrificed her life for this kid" He Said kissing his kid at the temple. He embraced him. That's great that's the love of a mother. I'm on the verge of crying if I stay there for a minute I'll end up crying in front of a stranger.

He took me to a girl named Sarah. She's young. I think she is in the same age group as us. Aaron started questioning her...

"Your family has not accepted your love for Daniel yet why'd you marry him..." He asked her. I was startled by Aaron's words. I never dared to go against my parents. That's why Mia left me. Thinking about that my mood spoiled again.

"I married him because he gave me hope that I can be happy with him till my last breath. In every situation he stood beside me.. he protected me... He was there for me When I was in desperate need. we girls don't need anything more than this " I felt shocked by her revelation" My parents didn't accept him now but I'm sure one day they'll ask him .. they'll accept us" she added.

"Don't you think I'm a master of love?" Aaron said and laughed at me. He's full of himself. Narcissistic I thought. But I'm just wondering how he knew all these...."Aaron how did you know about them" I queried him... I didn't understand what he was trying to convey by showing all of them.

"One day Aadhya asked me what love is. I did answer her then but I wanted to tell her more about that I contacted my friends and I asked them about what love is. Everyone gave their definition. Like I showed you"
