Sonic and Goku : Two Worlds Collide!

[CHAPTER 23: Super Sonic's Onslaught!]

As Goku leapt away, Sonic smiled a little. Looking up at Beerus, and the eliminated contestants, he saluted them with two of his fingers, before flying away at beyond breakneck speeds, barreling towards Toppo and Dyspo. "Did you really think I'd let you leave?" Sonic said, plummeting into Dyspo's backside, surprising the still recovering Toppo.

As Dyspo flew away, he was caught by Jiren, who was then assaulted by Goku. Dyspo was caught in a rock and a hard place, and attempted to run. However, he was caught by Vegeta. Dyspo smirked. "Hah. Just because your buddies are powerful, you think you can beat me?" Dyspo began to laugh until he felt a fist connect with the back of his neck.

"I know I can beat you, fool." Vegeta scoffed, as the Saiyan Prince charged at Dyspo in his SSB form. The two exchanging a flurry of punches, as Vegeta studied Dyspo's quick movements. Soon, Dyspo began to get the upper hand, when Sonic rushed in with a kick to Dyspo's side so furious, Dyspo spat out blood as a reaction.

As Dyspo flew into the air, Vegeta and Sonic nodded at each other, with Vegeta rushing to attack Toppo, as Sonic continued his relentless slaughter of the pride trooper. Sonic spiked Dyspo down next to Cabba Caulifla, and Kale. In a fit of chaotic rage, Sonic launched a beam of ki to Dyspo, striking him.

The beam created a shockwave so severe, it caught Cabba off surprise, which knocked him out of the ring, eliminating the saiyan. Jiren noticed Dyspo in an emergency, and he threw Goku away, with him landing by Caulifla. Meanwhile, Jiren launched into the air, blocking Sonic's attack. Caulifla and Kale were dumbfounded by Cabba's elimination, but couldn't dwell on it, for Goku was right in front of them.

"..." Sonic stared at Jiren. Jiren attempted a counter as he blocked Sonic's attack, but the amplified reflexes of the golden hedgehog allowed him to dodge the attack with ease. Sonic flew downward, before launching upwards at Jiren, hitting him as he formed into a ball. The Grand Zenos watched in amazement as a golden beam flew around the arena, with the two warriors exchanging heavy blows with one another.

"TAKE THIS!" Sonic exclaimed, spiking Jiren onto the ground, but to Sonic's dismay, Jiren dodged the attack, before gripping Sonic's arms, and hurling him to the ground. Jiren followed quickly, attempting to finish the powerful hedgehog here and now. Jiren landed in front of Sonic, watching him recover.

"You fought well, hedgehog, but I can tell that it's over already." Jiren stated. Sonic had a feeling that his mach version of the Super Sonic transformation would soon come to and end, so he had to make this quick. Immediately, Sonic charged at Jiren, feinting his initial attack for a kick to Jiren's gut, which launched him towards the counting pillar in the center. Sonic then charged at Jiren, who was stunned at Sonic's incredible speed. Sonic attacked Jiren with an amazing might, and as he was about to deliver the final blow, his golden glow suddenly transforms back into his signature blue look.

"Oh nertz..." Sonic groaned, when Jiren suddenly grabbed Sonic's face, swapping places with him as he pounded him deeper into the pillar, before grabbing him again, and hurling him towards the ground. With the fight over, Jiren rushed to Dyspo, who was attempting to recover.

"G-Good job... Jiren... I knew you could do it.." Dyspo struggled to speak. "Agh... Bastard got me good..." He groaned in immense pain, before coughing up what he had eaten for breakfast that morning. It appeared that Sonic's kick had shifted, and vibrated Dyspo's internal organs. For what it was worth, Dyspo was down for the count, at least temporarily.

"Can you recover?" Jiren asked. "Y-Yeah.. I.. ugh.. I think so.. I just need a few minutes.." Dyspo responded, his condition getting better as his organs began to recover from the trauma. "I just need to sit down for a minute.." He continued. Jiren nodded, with him leaping away to protect Dyspo from afar. Beerus expressed his amusement at Dyspo's wounds. Sonic slowly stood up, his head spinning. "Ugh..." Sonic grunted. "YEAH THAT'S IT HEDGEHOG! SHOW THEM WHAT THE SEVENTH UNIVERSE CAN DO!" Beerus screamed. Sonic gave Beerus a thumbs up. 

Sonic was quick to speed off again, looking for new opponents. Meanwhile, Goku and Caulifla were facing off in a secluded part of the arena. The duel was very undecisive, as with Goku's energy returned to him, the two were evenly matched. Slowly, Caulifla gained the upper hand, causing Goku to transform into SSJ2, and immediately started wiping the floor with her.

Caulifla seemed to have impressed Goku, with him expressing how quick she learned and mastered SSJ2. Charging up their ki, the two launched blasts that released ridiculous shockwaves, sending other contestants flying. Slowly the fight came to a brief end, with Goku saying that she can definitely reach SSJ3, and maybe even further beyond that.

Then, in a wave of overconfidence, Goku invites Kale to fight too, making it a two against one battle. As Kale engaged Goku, she felt an immediate rush, both the sensation of fighting Goku, and fighting with Caulifla creating an extreme dopamine rush. Together, the two sixth universe saiyans were quick to gain the upper hand, launching Goku back, and attempting to finish him with ki blasts. Goku immediately exerted his energy, screaming as his aura protected him from the blasts. As the red and green energy balls blew up in a cloud of smoke, something that wasn't SSJ2 Goku had emerged. It was Super Saiyan Three!

However, it didn't last long as Goku powered back down into SSJ, not wanting to waste the rest of his energy.
