"HRAAGH!" Goku exclaimed, as he powered up to Super-Saiyan Blue. "You ready Whis?" He asked the bright blue angel. "Yes Goku I suppose I am if you are." Whis responded.
"Good." Goku said, before charging at Whis at breakneck speeds. Whis dodged Goku with a smirk on his face, which only caused Goku to get more and more furious with his punches.
Beerus was watching as he enjoyed some instant ramen, when suddenly all 3 of them sensed the energy of a newcomer.
"Someone's here." Whis said, blocking Goku's final punch with a single finger.
"Hm." Beerus groaned, his eyes closed. "Then go find him and bring him here."
"Yes my lord, at once." Whis said. "Wait- I wanna go too!" Goku pleaded, as he powered down to base form. "His energy is REALLY strong! I wanna go fight hi-" "You will NOT fight him Goku do you understand?" Beerus interrupted. "Whoever he is I want to know why he's here. Then, I'll destroy him. Simple as that."
"Ouh...." Goku groaned and sighed. "Can I at least go with Whis?" He continued to plead. "Fine. Sure. Whatever." Beerus dismissed them with a wave of his hand.
Then the two were off. Sensing his energy, they found a blue creature walking along the forest...
"Oh man I gotta find someone out here... HELLO?!!! ANYONE!" Sonic had yelled out, when he felt a sudden presence behind him. He jolted forward and turned around, putting his fists up. "What the- Who are you?!"
"I believe it is I who should be asking questions; you're on my lord's planet after all." Whis smirked. "So, why are you here... whatever you are?"
"I... I don't know.. I have no idea why I'm here.."
"Hm.." Whis sighed. Suddenly, Goku rose up with a HUGE smile. "Hey! You seem pretty strong, who are you- wanna fight?!"
Sonic immediately took a few steps backwards as Goku bombarded him with questions. "What the heck?"
Whis immediately smacked Goku on the head. "Goku, please, I'm busy." Goku groaned in pain as he recoiled back. "Sorry Whis I just really wanna know who this guy is!"
"Oh?" Sonic said. "Well, let me answer that."

"I'm Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog."
"A hedgehog hmm?" Whis said. "Well, whomever you are we are required to bring you to our lord, Beerus. Come along now."
Sonic shrugged, maybe he'd finally be able to get some answers.
As the trio returned to Beerus, he stood waiting for Sonic. "I've been expecting you." Beerus said. Immediately, his hand rose as he glowed purple. "I don't appreciate parasites invading my land as you have done today. You'll pay for it."

Sonic immediately jumped in shock. "Woah! What's the big idea! I'm not the bad guy here! I'm just looking for some answers!"
"No I believe it is I that deserves some answers, rodent. Why are you here. Where did you come from. And why did you disturb me on my planet."
Sonic groaned. "Look dude, I don't know how I got here, or where here even is. My name's Sonic, I'm a hedgehog, I go fast and save the day from evil people. There. Happy?"
"Not even close hedgehog." Beerus said, before putting his hand down. "Nevertheless, I can tell you're telling the truth, so I guess for the time being, I'll let you live. Especially since I can sense you're a strong fighter. We're going to need you.
Sonic sighed and his face began to relax a bit. "Uh, sure. I guess.. But first, you look a little familiar..." Sonic began to think about Blaze the Cat, another purple cat with extreme powers. "You don't happen to be familiar with Sol Emeralds, do ya?"
Beerus seemed perplexed. "Sol Emeralds? No I don't believe I've heard of that. Sorry, can't help ya there." Sonic shrugged. "That's okay, I was only looking to confirm something. I'm in a completely different dimension now. I guess somehow I hopped between worlds... How weird. Anyways. What do you guys need help with?" Sonic asked.
Whis decided to chime in. "Well, in 2 days, we will be going up against 7 other universes in an ultimate tournament. We desperately needed fighters, but it appears we have our final warrior: you!" The angel smiled.
"Uh. Huh?" Sonic shook his head confused. "I mean I guess so, but I've literally only been here for what, 10 minutes? Can I... I dunno, get a chilli dog or something? I'm starved." Sonic continued. Goku immediately piped up: "Hey they got those on earth! I can take you there!"
Sonic immediately turned around and smiled. "Really?! That's awesome! Can you take me there now?!" Sonic exclaimed. "Not yet, Saiyan." Beerus said, turning the attention back onto him. "Sonic, correct? Eh I don't really care. Anyways. You're lucky we need you, or else your little 'dude' remark could've costed you your life. You should never talk that way to a God of destruction."
"...A God of WHAT?!" Sonic exclaimed. After a brief moment of filling in information, Sonic finally understood, and was sent to earth with merely 47 hours left before the tournament begins.
