Sonic and Goku : Two Worlds Collide!

[CHAPTER 27: Brother and Sister, Together We Fight!]

Immediately, Seventeen charged at Roasie, catching her off guard. "You're fights with ME now!" The android exclaimed. "That's just what I wanted!" Roasie said in response. Meanwhile, Eighteen fought Ribrianne alongside her brother, and in a display of unsaid coordination, they set up a perfect trap for Roasie. Launching into the air, Eighteen watched as Ribrianne fired a large heart-shaped ki blast, which Eighteen avoided by using a blast of her own, propelling her away.

At the same time, Seventeen pinned Roasie down as he leapt away at the last second, leading to the ki blast to strike Roasie head-on. As soon as it hit, Ribrianne tried to intervene; to save Roasie, but was shot down by Eighteen. "Sorry to break your heart!" Seventeen exclaimed, preparing a ki blast as he shot at Roasie, which sent her flying off of the arena, eliminating her immediately, leaving only one maiden of love.

The defeated maiden powered down. Her spirit low as she herself had eliminated her friend. Eighteen stood before her as she began to monologue. "You've got some nerve.. But we're not done! I will not let you stop us! The entire universe is waiting for my love. It needs it for it's own good, and I WILL deliver.." Ribrianne said. "Big words but you've powered down. What do you think you could do?" Eighteen said confidently. "I'll show you." Ribrianne said in a defiant response, firing a ki blast at Eighteen who dodged it easily.

Suddenly, Eighteen felt as something grabbed ahold of her leg, pinning her down. It appeared that Ribrianne had used the initial ki blast as a subversion. The rope of ki twirled around Eighteen like a vine, eventually culminating in a flower-like heart. Seventeen rushed in to help Eighteen, but was caught off guard by a large robotic contestant. With both androids pinned, and Sonic and Goku elsewhere, Eighteen could do nothing.

"Great love in snares, refuses to let go, and now that it's got a hold of you, it will never let go!" Ribrianne exclaimed as those of her universe sitting in the bleachers began sending their energy to her, much like Goku's spirit bomb. Suddenly, Ribrianne powered up again, and along with that, she grew 100x, being much larger than the arena itself.

"As long as there is still love in this world, I will be able to fight! I will be the heart's champion, and that love will save my world! Evil one, you're over!" Ribrianne pulled her fist back as she prepared to strike down Eighteen, who was then screamed at by an inspiring Krillin. Regaining her senses, Eighteen managed to break free from the snare, blocking Ribrianne's attack with a punch of her own. After a brief struggle, Eighteen managed to shatter the large opponents fist, much to the dismay of Ribrianne, who began screaming. With her in a temporary emotional stun, Eighteen rushed along her arm, with Seventeen arriving just in time to protect his sister from a large ki blast after decimating his opponent.

With the two android siblings together, there was nothing they couldn't handle, with Eighteen pushing through, and striking Ribrianne in the head, shattering the large being as she powered down yet again, falling off the edge, and with that, all three maidens of love were eliminated, leaving the three opponents facing off against Sonic and Goku, which seemed to be a losing battle. 

Immediately, Sonic was pushed away as the three began engaging Goku, forcing him to exert a lot of energy in an attempt to keep up. Suddenly, the larger of the three, Zirloin came crashing down on Goku, but found himself stopped by Sonic. "Gah! Sorry I took so long, Goku!" Sonic said, struggling to hold the large being. "Don't worry about it. Let's take these guys out." Goku said with a smile. Sonic nodded, as he pushed up on Zirloin, as Goku kicked the two other opponents, Zarbutto and Rabanra, away.

Suddenly, they began to glow pink as the people from their universe began sending their support, making them transform into knock off versions of the superior maidens of love. Despite the embarrassing costumes, they now posed an even greater threat than they did before, causing Goku some distress.

Zirloin immediately targeted Goku, leaving the other two to chase Sonic who gave them a playful smirk. As Goku and Zirloin moved away from the battle, Sonic stared down his foes. "You want me? Gotta catch me first." He said, speeding off, before suddenly coming back and striking Rabanra in the back, and then speeding off again, before coming back at a different angle, and hitting Zarbutto.

With such speeds, they were barely able to keep up with Sonic, eventually predicting where he'd come from, and with one well placed punch, stopping him dead in his tracks. "Augh, well.. Can't win 'em all.. Right?" Sonic chuckled. "Geez that kind of hurt." He said, rubbing his cheek. The battle then continued, with it eventually leading to Sonic and Goku converging. As they prepared to strike, the three warriors from the second universe put all of their power in a focused gravity hold, which was at least 10x as strong as the 500x gravity chamber in Capsule Corp.

As Sonic and Goku fell down to the gravitational pin, Goku quickly realized that he can't even use instant transmission to leave the trap. As they began to sink layer by layer, Goku tapped into his remaining strength, transforming into SSB. Sonic too, transformed into Super Sonic. With their combined power, they slowly began charging a ki blast.

In one motion, Sonic and Goku combined their blast of energy, immediately shattering the cage they found themselves in just moments ago, which then in turn hit the three warriors who had cast it on them, with them now facing elimination, causing the second universe to be eliminated.

The exhausted warriors shared smiles with each other as they soon came to an immediate end. Their sentiment more glorious than anything anyone had seen before. The people of the second universe smiled and cried as they prepared to be erased.
