"Sam Sam get up" Andrew was shaking me "what what I'm up" I said standing up. "Justin and Toby are at each others throats right now and I was told to go get you" he said I looked around and didn't see Toby anywhere "where are they" I panicked "Justins room let's go" he said grabbing my arm pulling me down a flight of stairs when we got to a door he flung it open and Toby was sitting on Justin punching him. "Get off of him" I yelled pushing him off causing him to fall on the ground Toby looked at me in shock. "What the hell is your problem" I yelled before he could answer Justin got up and kept punching Toby in the face "Justin stop!" I yelled pushing him but he wasn't budging "Justin stop" I yelled again he pushed me away causing me to stumble back. "Help please!" I yelled towards Alex and Andrew "yeah sorry I'll grab Toby,Alex stand between the guys I'm taking Toby upstairs" Andrew said grabbing Toby, once Toby was out Alex went to see if he could do anything I turned to a angry Justin. "What the hell why did you hit him back you could have broke his jaw" I said standing infront of him. "Aww I would have broke his jaw boo hoo he hit me first" Justin argued standing up getting in my face "get away" I said quietly "you know why he hit me because you told him I called you a slut" he yelled getting close he stunk he smelled like alcohol "you did, back away" I said stepping back scrunching my noes. "So you told him you idiot" he yelled pushing me making fall on my butt "I tell him everything" I yelled his eyes went from the chocolaty brown to brownish black he punched me in the stomach over and over and over again he punched me twice in the face he looked at me then punched me in my stomach until I started coughing he punched me in the stomach five times only getting harder until someone pulled him off me when he suddenly got off of me I coughed a little too hard causing me to cough up blood. "Sam you Ok" Alex asked helping me up "yeah he's drunk drop it I antagonized him it was my fault is Toby asleep" I asked going into the hall way "yeah as soon as he went into his room he crashed, it's 3 am" he said I nodded. I walked into Toby's room and washed my face brushed my teeth and layed on the floor and fell asleep.
When I woke up Toby stood and tripped over me "ow Toby" I whine grabbing my sides "Sam why are you on the ground here get up" he giving me his hand "long story go get cleaned up" I said he looked at me confused but did anyways "Sam what happened" he asked "just get cleaned up" I said getting out my Disney geek shirt and blue shorts I hurried and slipped on my shorts and took off my shirt my stomach was completely covered in bruises "shit Sam what happened" Toby said coming and looking at it I kept my head down having my hair cover my face "it's nothing I'm ganna go into the bathroom" I said grabbing my make up set "wait Sam tell me what happened" Toby said grabbing my arm making me look at him "Sam tell me what happened" he said grabbing my face caressing my bruised cheek "I fell down a flight of stairs be right back stay here" I said he nodded and fell back on the bed I hurried and put makeup on my cheek and then some on the main bruises it would have used all my concealer if I would have covered everything when I went back out Toby was fast asleep I tip toed out and into the living room where Alex, Justin,Andrew,and Kyle sat they looked at me with sadness and I knew Alex told them I walked over to him angrily "why did you tell them" I whined "because Justin didn't remember and the guys didnt know" he defended "ya well Justin and Toby were drunk off their ass's and Toby still doesn't know because I don't know what he'd do to Justin can we just not tell anyone else" I asked "yeah sure I won't say another word about it" Alex said "and you guys won't either right" I asked they all nodded "good now what time is it" I asked "10" Kyle said "Andrew can I have an apple" I asked "sure if you get me one two" he replied I skipped to the kitchen and grabbed two apples "here" I said giving Andrew his apple and sitting on the floor watching tv "can I please change the channel" I complained "here" Justin said giving me the remote and I changed it to Disney and the guys groaned "ha you said I can change it" I giggled. "Hey" Toby said kissing my cheek sitting next to me on the floor "hey" I said resting my head of his shoulder. "We should go to the amusement park today please" I begged "can we" Kyle asked "sure two minutes everyone in the car" Toby said I ran to Toby's room grabbed my phone and shoes then got in the car "I call front seat" I screamed. When everyone piled into the car Kyle got behind wheel Alex sat between Justin and Toby it was a quick twenty minute drive.
"Alright what should we go on first" Alex asked "that" I yelled pointing to a big roller coaster "alright let's go" Justin said I sat next to Kyle in the back Toby sat next to Alex and Justin sat next to a random blond with fake boobs she was so into Justin I was kind of jealous especially when we went upside down she clung to his side it was disgusting. After getting off the ride blondie still hung on to his side Kyle must have noticed because he took my hand making me notice him "let's go get a slushy you don't need to watch that" he said I nodded taking a glance seeing them suck on each others faces "let's go" I said pulling him away. "What slushy do you want I'm buying" Kyle said "kiwi strawberry please" I smiled "coming right up" he said running towards the line. "May I sit here" a guy asked with brown hair "ugh" I started "thanks" he said sitting in the seat across from me "your very pretty" he said taking my hand I looked around uncomfortablely "yeah she's pretty and she's also my girlfriend so if you could excuse us" Kyle said I smiled at him the guy looked at us doubtfully I stood up and kissed Kyle he was absolutely a good kisser but he wasn't really my boyfriend and he's enjoying this to much so I pulled away "Ok sorry man good catch she a cutie" he said I blushed "I know" Kyle said intertwineing our fingers "here's your slushy" Kyle said giving me my slushy "thanks babe" I giggled we started walking back to our friends. "Alright we have to go before the conference starts" Alex said I nodded "are you two dating or" Alex asked I looked at him confused then remembered I was holding hands with Kyle "no" I said dropping his hand "alright let's go home" Justin growled he was mad but I don't care when we got in the car Toby got behind the wheel and I sat beside Kyle and Justin with Alex in front I leaned against Kyle resting my head against his shoulder "I'm ganna rest Ok" I said "yeah" he said grabbing my shoulders pulling me closer to him which I gladly cuddled closer and snuggled into him and slept.
When the car stopped Kyle gently shook me awake "Sam we're here" Kyle said "alright" I yawned getting out of the car.
I slowly walked in and sat in my normal seat. "Alright gang first thing I'm splitting the team, Team 1: Sam,Justin,Andy,Kyle, and Andrew Team 2: Toby,spike, Alex, Leam,and Josh second thing we are going to the dipped cherry so be aware we are leaving in an hour so Team 1 you may leave Team 2 stay so I can explain the case" Jackson said I nodded then left when the designer lady handed me a blue dress and it wasnt any blue it was the exact blue that was in Jazz's room if this was his way of keeping me in check then he's about to run out of colors, the lady also handed me matching shoes and stud earrings which I'm guessing were my mic and ear piece I thanked her and walked into Toby's room. I changed into the dress and shoes redid my hair and make up then called it done I sat in the living room and watched my Disney until the couch dipped next to me. "Can we talk" it was Justin "sure what about" I said still watching Disney "about last night" he said shutting off the tv "there's nothing to talk about" I replied simply "but there is I hit you how is that nothing" he said but before I had a chance to reply someone else did "you did what!" It was Toby and he was furious "Toby don't over react" I said standing "is that what the bruises are from" he yelled "not now Toby please" I begged "answer me" he yelled I nodded "I'm going to kill you bastard" he yelled grabbing his gun "Toby don't your overreacting" I said standing infront of Justin "I don't think I'm overreacting I think your under reacting" he yelled at me I slowly walked closer to him "Tobs can we please talk about this later" I asked grabbing the barrel of the gun pointing it downwards slowly "give me one reason why he shouldn't die he's a women abuser" he yelled in my face "because he were drunk when it happened" I said taking the gun "that's supposed to make it Ok" he said calming down just a tad "no but you were also drunk off your ass and there was this major fight.....can I explain later" I asked "Sam I want answers" he said "and you'll get your answers...later" I said he nodded and walked away I sat on the couch when Justin sat next to me "what happened last night" he asked "later Ok just later let's go before something else happens" I said getting up and walking to the car.
