As soon as I got in the van a rag covered my mouth making me go unconscious.
Toby's POV
I woke up in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep thinking how wired Sam was acting I walked into the kitchen to see someone get into a white van. I looked around and saw a note and quickly read it it was from Sam "Marco get up" I screamed before following the van they stopped at a familiar house they got out holding a female over one guys shoulder I texted Marco quick
Toby: hey hurry they have Sam she's at the house..
But some knocked on my window I sent the message and rolled down my wimdow a man punched me in the face he dragged me down a set of stairs he punched me again as I went unconscious. Sam's POV
I woke up with my hands tied in a rope hanging from a bar on the ceiling. "Hey babe morning" someone grabbed my waist and I thought it was Justin "babe my arms hurt" I groaned opening my eyes when his arms gripped my waist I saw my dad and freaked I started wiggling out of his grip. "Sorry I'm not who you thought am I" he smiled evily then memories of what had happened came flooding back. "Don't touch me" I growled trying to kick him but he backed away "Sam you never use to be this difficult" he groaned grabbing my legs and tying my feet on the handles that were attached to the ground. "So I told you what would happen if you told anyone so why would you tell him" Caleb growled "I didn't tell anyone why would I want to kill the people I love" I defended "really how did he know where we were" he growled snacking me in the face. "Who is he" I asked "Toby you bitch" he growled punching my gut. "OK.. cough cough.. if you think I told Toby where to come answer me this how did I when I don't even know where we are I was unconscious" I groaned. "Yeah whatever we won't kill your family but then I noticed someone killed my boss and it was Jackson's gang I know Toby and Justin's in it I just need the rest of the names but Toby wouldn't have told you so here he is" Caleb said and a wall went down and I saw Toby tied up the way I was except his body was in worse shape. "You leave Toby alone you bastard he's my family" I growled "enough with the name calling" he slapped me hard across the face "Sam!!" Toby yelled. "I'll be back" Caleb growled once he left I turned to Toby.
"Why the hell are you here your supposed to be at home" I growled "you were acting weird and I couldn't sleep so I got up and saw you left and I followed you" he explained "you idiot he can kill you" I spat "I will hold out for as long as possible" he said then the door slammed open. "Now Toby we need the names of the gang members" Caleb said walking over to him "Toby don't say shit" I growled Caleb came to me and punched me in the face "shut up last warning" he growled before walking over to Toby "now talk" he spat Toby looked at me then back at Caleb Toby opened his mouth to speak but I interrupted him "Toby fifth grade wishes my final wish I wish you to say nothing about them to anyone" I yelled he looked shocked but nodded and shut his mouth Caleb walked over to me and shot me with some sort of needle.
Tobys POV
Fifth grade wish her last one and she used it to protect our gang. Caleb shot her with something then I freaked out "what the hell was that" I yelled at him "it was just some good drug that will keep her unconscious for a while and when she wakes she will hallucinate for a bit no harm done" he said acting as if it was completely normal. "Now tell me the names and I might cross your name of my kill list" he growled "you heard Sam's wish I would never disregard her wishes only she can" I said he growled and punched me in the stomach and put a rag over my face the last thing I saw was his evil smile.
When I woke up Sam was still tied with her arms above her head but she was in a chair and she was shaking. "Babe what's wrong" I asked worried that bastard touched her. "C c cold" she stuttered I had a hoodie on but it did feel slightly cold she was in Justin's T-shirt. "Alright since your both awake let's play a game" Caleb walked in standing in front of me. "No just leave us alone" she growled he walked over and punched her stomach and she stated coughing "no more back talk babe OK" he said running his hand on her leg she tried to move was frozen "Caleb what's the game" I yelled trying to distract him "oh yes almost forgot" he laughed. "So I'm going to ask you questions and your going to answer them and if by chance you don't answer or she says something a bucket of ice cold water gets dumped on her OK good" he says "first name" he asked like this was really a game "Toby" mumbled "are you in a gang" he asked again "yes" "is there more then three people in this gang" he asked "yes" "OK level two what are the names of the people in the gang" he asked "Toby don't" Sam yelled Caleb grabbed Sam's hair pulling her head back and pushed a button and three guys came in with buckets and one by one they poured water on Sam's head when they were done they left and Caleb let go "stay quiet there's more water where that came from" Caleb growled Sam coughed a bit and growled "you leave him alone and we wouldn't have a problem he walked over to Sam yanking her head back pushing the button again and again guys came in to touchier Sam. "Now Toby do you really want to see your friend continue to suffer" I stayed quiet knowing Sam would tell me when to break. "As you wish" he said and pushed the button again they did this five more times before he gave up he yanked the chair from beneath Sam and he twisted a wheel making Sam hang from the ceiling like I was and he stomped out. She was shivering like crazy "Sam do you want me to make this stop" I asked "n n no don't say an anything" she stutter. Awhile later Caleb came in with rags making Sam unconscious first "your an idiot if you loved your friend you wouldn't make her go threw so much" he growled then making me unconscious.

I woke up to hear Sam sobbing quietly "Sam babe are you OK" I asked "yeah I'll be OK" she said whipping her eyes with her arms. The door went open and in came a smiling Caleb he stopped in front of Sam "guess what day tomorrow is" he said she looked terrified "I I I don't k know" she stuttered he seemed angry he shot her again and stormed out I was so confused I don't know how long I've been here and I was hungry. "Toby you going to tell us those names yet" Caleb asked I looked at Sam she used fifth grade wish I can't she's going threw all of this I wasn't going to talk unless she told me to "never" I said he shrugged his shoulders and made me unconscious.
When I woke up Caleb was practically doing summer salts I wonder why he's so happy on second thought I don't care. Sam was awake she was shivering rapidly poor baby she's so cold. "Alright I have a new game this time it doesn't involve water or fire or anything other then what's in this room that's me you and her" Caleb said I was curious now. "So I'm going to ask you a question and your going to answer it or poor Samantha isn't going to like life much" he said I was so confused. "Who is all in your gang" he asked "I'm not telling you" I said "oh goodie I was hoping you wouldn't yet" he walked over to Sam "because Sam what days today" he asked her smiling "I I I don don't k k know" she stuttered I was cold and I was in a hoodie and sweat pants Sam was in girl sweat pants and Justin's over sized T-shirt. "I'll give you a hint it was a day you hid under your bed because I know your not asleep" she looked traumatized "so good you know I will tell Toby so he catches on" he said "Toby today is the 6 year anniversary of when I first tried to touch my beautiful girl" he said I freaked out Sam saw my panic "Toby don't say anything" she growled "up to you Toby" he said he walked over to her she tried to move around but he caught her "now stay still" he said cutting the rope making her fall into his arms with her hands tied and her feet chain he layed her on the floor she tried to move. "Toby whatever happens don't say a word" she barked how is she not worried about herself. "Toby don't watch" I turned my head and closed my eyes I can't believe he would do this to his daughter.
Sam's POV
Toby turned his head and closed his eyes I was going to be violated by Caleb. "It'll be OK" he whispered in my ear before pulling off my sweat pants I kicked and twisted but that pissed him off "stop moving" he growled punching my jaw pulling off my pants I tried to get up but my ankles were tied to the chain on the floor so Caleb pulled on it making me hit the ground and pulled my closer towards him he sat on my legs and whispered "I like when they try and play hard to get" his hand traveled up my leg to my shirt "I don't like this" he groaned pulling on my shirt lucky my hands were tied so he couldn't pull it over me he grabbed a knife out of his back pocket and slowly cut up the middle of the shirt exposing my whole chest he laughed when he saw me panic my eyes started to get teary."aww my baby is crying, to bad!" he laughed kissing my cheek then my lips then my neck he got to my sweet spot I tried not to moan I pushed him away but he slapped me "don't resist" he growled. "I'll talk just leave her alone" Toby yelled "Toby I'm OK please don't get them killed" I cried he looked at me sympathetically he nodded then looked away. "Why is that gang so important to you" Caleb growled on top of me he went back to kissing me and I cried harder he kissed down to my chest. "Your bra clips in the front that's hot but I think I will stick with my knife" he said cutting the sides of my bra then the straps he pulled it off me "wow you have bigger boobs then your mom" he moaned kissing my chest I kicked him over and over until he grabbed at my under wear I was crying as he cut them off he pulled off his shirt and slid off his pants he kissed my cheek, my lips,my neck, and stopped at my boobs he grabbed them violently making me scream in pain "what you don't like that" he asked I cried harder as he kissed my boobs then my stomach. "This will be fun" he laughed he kissed my leg then my outer thigh his tongue dragged to my inner thigh I tried to kick him but he brought his head to my boobs biting one I yelped "Sam can I please tell him" Toby cried.
