After that lovely hour in chem it was basic foods. Luckily I had it with Chaz and not Justin,Ryan or Carlos. "Hey bestie how was chem" I turned around and it was Chaz. I sat down by Ava. "Hey Av " I said setting my tray down by hers. "Hey so I herd there was a fight after chem between Carlos and Justin what happened in chem" she said looking serious. "Ugh nothing major I'm just partnered with Justin and Carlos and.." I said telling her everything that happened so far today "wow you have an interesting life" she said "interesting is the wrong word more lie I have a death wish" I said then Chaz sat next to me "h-hi-hi-c-Ch-Chaz" Ava said "hi what's your name" he said "A-Ava" she said stuttering. "Well hello Ava" he said smiling at her aww that's so cute I smiled the it was replaced with a frown as Justin and Ryan sat down. "What's up Chaz why ya here and not over there"Justin said pointing to there center table. "Ugh just thought I would switch it up a bit" Chaz said looking down at his hands. Aww Chaz I need to help him even if that means getting beaten up by Justin "Ave" I said looking towards the bathrooms outside the hall. She nodded and left "Chaz come on" I said dragging him by his arm out. "OK listen we don't have much time they are ganna come after us so go go with Ava and stay with her until I get back" I said then Ava came and took him away. "Hey Samantha where's Chaz" Ryan said grabbing me by my arm and pinned me against a wall "not with me obviously" I said then anger shot through Justin's eyes. He hit me in the gut just letting the anger fly. "Why are you not fighting back last night you did" Justin asked "like I told you before there is no reason" I said he punched me again and again. "Then what was the reason last time" he asked kicking my leg " my sister was there and I protect my family whatever the cost even if I had to kick my bully's ass" I said smirking but he kicked my stomach "bye and tell Chaz there is consequence's for be gone" he said I just laid there. I went to get Ava and Chaz.
***3rd hour study hall / band
I walked into study hall with Chaz we were discussing on wether he was coming over and what should be have when we sat down at a table I saw Justin and Ryan come in. "Chaz do you way to be part of my family" I blurted I haven't even got around to telling him about that how we adopt people and we make them part of our family. "Ugh what" he asked looking at me weird "its like we pretend adopt you and we just treat you like family" I said looking down. "Sure" he said shrugging his shoulders I smiled and looked away. "So about Marco" he said "oh yeah he's just like a big brother to Jess and I he apart of my family whenever we need or just wanna hang with him he's there he's super protective and I tell him everything about Justin and Ryan and Ava" I said looking around at the wall since the art room is where our study hall is. "So he know about me and how I coward away" Chaz said looking down again. "Hey no he knows you know what Ryan and Justin do is wrong but he also understands the rules of man how two over go one so he doesn't mind" I said looking at his hair. "Then why was he looking at me like I was crazy to be there" he said "oh I told him you were murture then you sat on strike with Jessie" I said giggling "oh" was all he said then Carlos came over "Hey" he whispered in my ear and sat down on the other side of me. "Hi Carlos" I said then Justin came over. "Carlos let's talk" Justin said grabbing him by the arm and pulling him out of study hall. "So Chaz you dating her" Ryan said. "OK A. My name is not her it's Sam and B.no we are not dating" I said answering chaz's question. "OK then sam since you suddenly have confidence answer me this ugh why are you suddenly looking out for Chaz" Ryan said coming closer to me attempting to intimidate me. Wrong. "I look out for Chaz because he's not like you and Justin ,Chaz is not evil or a bad guy and I'm tired of you intimidating him and if you think I'm ganna back down you better beat the crap out of me first" I said standing and getting in his face where the hell is this confidence coming from. "Fine whatever if you want me to beat yo up then so be it" Ryan said balling his fist. "No need for that Ryan please not again she's a real nice girl if you get to know her" Chaz said standing infront of me wow he was acting like my brother. "Fine if you say she's a cool girl then I won't but just because you asked" Ryan said. "I'm going to my locker" I said mainly talking to Chaz he nodded and I left. When I was walking I heard arguing and slamming when I rounded the corner and saw Justin with his arm on Carlo's throat I had to do something fast. I ran over pulling at his arm. "Justin stop!! Your ganna kill him stop!!"I said continuously pulling at his arm. "You'd like that wouldn't you me to keep pretty boy pretty for ya because really his looks is all he's got" Justin yelled pushing me on the floor. Carlos took this chance to punch Justin in the face. "Carlos stop I swear if you hit him again I will beat your ass I can be very scary angry so dont piss me off" I said my voice getting low. "Leave now" I said pointing.once he left I brushed myself off and went to my locker and put my stuff away. "Why did you do that I had everything under control" Justin said behind me. "If I didn't do something you probably would have killed him then probably ended in jail" I said shutting my locker and started walking away it sounds like someone care what happens to me" he said grabbing my wrist and and pulling me close so our face was millimeters apart "N-no it's- it's just Jazmyn would be devastated and I don't like feeling like I didn't do anything when I could have" I said trying to pull away but Justin held me closer and tighter. "Yo Justin the -" Ryan started I never was so glad to see him Justin let me go and I stumbled backwards and started to go away "thanks Ryan" I whispered walking past Ryan.
Justin's POV
I was so fucking close to kissing her but then goddamn Ryan, I know you may be thinking why so mad you Bully her but
truth is I like her ever since the middle of 8th grade and now it's three days until the end of 11th grade but I didn't start falling in love with her until a couple days ago when jealousy rang through me when when Carlos came into the picture the first time. While she was leaving I
needed another excuse to be by her later
"Samantha wait" I yelled behind her running room catch up. "Yeah" she said turning around looking at me with those beautiful brown eyes. "Ugh you need my number" I said suddenly forget the rest of my sentence. "I dont think so" I said raising my eyebrow. "I mean my mom's number just incase the girl forgets" I said realizing my mistake the girls name what was it crap. "The girl has a name and it's Jessica" she said her face raging red.
"OK Samantha I'm sorry do you want my
mom's number just in case" I said hoping she would take it. "Sure" she said handing me her phone.
Sam's POV
when I gave him my phone he did an evil add smirk and added the number to my cell. "Here" he said handing back my phone. "oh and we will finish what we
started" he said holding me close to him. He was a good 6 inches taller then me. "Ugh no were not and we have to go before the day ends and we weren't even in class" I said pulling him by the jacket
"So if Jazmyn does spend the night then
what girls night" Justin said walking back to study hall. "Well either way I'm watching movies and ordering pizza
even if I'm by myself" I said she smirked
and mumbled something under his
breath. "What did you say" I asked letting
curiosity get the best of me "nothing" he
said smiling "no seriously what did you say" I asked hitting his arm playfully "fine I just said don't end up hugging the pizza guy again" he said "how did you know "Ryan was the pizza guy" he said laughing I rolled my eyes and continued walking.
