Sam's POV
Justin bought us an apartment its near the elementary its a small two bed room apartment its all we need I guess. Justin got a job at some construction site and I got a job as a waiter again turns out I'm pretty good at waiting. I just got home and kyle was sitting with the girls at the table doing home work. "Sammy" they yelled hugging me "hey is Justin back" I asked kyle he shook his head no my heart started to beat rapidly Justin gets off and hour before I do and he was only late twice and he came back seriously drunk "will you take the girl over night" I asked him he nodded "girls get your stuff in an overnight bag your going to Marcos tonight" I said they nodded and took off. As I was putting there homework in there back packs "what's wrong" he asked "ugh its nothing" I mumbled "so why did you seem panicked when I said Justin wasn't home yet" he asked "just a freak feeling can you drop them off in the morning" I asked he nodded "we're done" the girls said running into the kitchen "alright I'll see you in the morning make sure you have a cute outfit for tomorrow" I said kissing there heads they nodded and ran out to his car as I watched them dive off.
I was cleaning off the counter when arms snaked around my waist Justin kissed my cheek then my neck he grinned against me. "Stop Justin" I giggled pushing him lightly "I don't want to I want to keep going" he whined turning me so I was facing him and my back was against a wall his body pressed against mine. "Justin quit your making me uncomfortable" I said pushing him away he wreeked of alcohol "Justin your drunk" I groaned pushing him away. "So" he whined I pushed him away and made my way to our room when he gripped my wrist bringing me against his chest. "Do not walk away from me" he growled "leave me alone" I whippered he gripped me tighter "Justin your hurting me" I whippered he shoved me against the ground and sat on top of me. "Justin stop your hurting me" I whimpered "you like it" he growled "Justin stop" "stupid bitch your a tease you walk around in crop tops or shorts all the time pulse you always want to be clingy always in the same room as me can't you walk away" he growled then punched me in the face he let put a releaved sigh and continued to punch me over and over again in the stomach and face until Justin got up and left me there. I couldn't get up my body felt limp.
Justin's POV
I woke up in an empty bed. I walked in the hall to see Sam laying on the floor. "Sam baby what's wrong who did this to you" I screamed. She flinched at the sound of my voice "baby who did this to you" I asked she looked down "Sam tell me" I growled she cried a bit. I sighed and tried another aproch "baby I'm sorry for being mean can you tell me who hurt you" I asked sitting next to her "you did" she whispered I almost didn't hear it. "I didn't do this" I growled "I'm sorry" she said quietly. I was scaring her my baby girl "Sam why did I do this" I asked "you were drunk" she whispered getting up slowly and walking to our room. I walked in a couple minutes later she didn't have a shirt on when she turned around there were bruises on her stomach and a huge bruise on her face "Sammy how come I don't remember doing this" I asked caressing her cheek and she flinched at my touch "I'm going to hurry and get dressed then you can get ready" she mumbled grabbing some long sleeve shirt and going into the bathroom. "What did I do" I mumbled to myself trying to remember. "I'm done" Sam came out in a long sleeve checkered shirt and cute shorts she walked past me grabbed her back pack and shoes and went into the living room I hurried and got dressed and went into the living room but Sam wasn't in there she wasn't in the house then I saw a note.
Justin~
I took a bus to school I forgot my keys at Marcos and Justin I think we need a brake sorry but I think its for the best this way I don't have to deal with you drunk and you don't have to deal with my clingyness

Sams POV
When I got to school I met up with Toby, Chaz and Ryan like usual when Toby pulled me aside. "Sam what happened to your face" he whispered "nothing" I mumbled he raised an eyebrow and grabbed my arm taking me to the boys bathrooms he sat me on the counter and stood between my legs. "What happened" he asked serious I told him everything making sure he understood that Justin didn't remember. "Why did you let it get this far" he asked leaning his head against mine. "Am I interrupting something" Justin asked walking in. "How dare you hit her your supposed to protect her!" Toby screamed in Justin's voice. "Toby stop he doesn't remember just leave it" I said grabbing his arm "Sam he hurt you" Toby yelled "he was drunk" I defended "that makes it OK" he asked grumpily "no" I whispered. "Sam I don't know why I did what I did but I'm sorry" Justin said "let's go your going to miss first period" Toby said grabbing my hand.
*lunch hour*
"Samantha hello beautiful how are you" Carlos perverted voice asked "hi Carlos" I said walking over to ava "so I was thinking maybe since we're both seniors we can stop by my house later" he winked "sorry no I can't" I shrugged walking into chaz "why not" Carlos asked "because I'm dating chaz" I said instantly "what" they both asked in shocked "yup" I said "prove it" Carlos tested I smashed my lips against chaz's when I heard Carlos stomped away. We both pulled away "sorry" I said "that was gross" he mumbled "it wasn't gross it was disgusting" I groaned we both laughed.
**Home**
"Sam I heard you kissed chaz today" Justin asked "ugh yeah it was kinda nasty" I laughed. "Babe why" he asked "OK first I'm not your babe remember you hit me and your a bad drunk I don't like being around drunks" I said getting my shoes on. "Where are you going" he asked "to get the girls from the bus stop" I groaned "Sam I'm sorry" he grabbed my shoulders making me flinch "I'll be back" I whispered. Jogging downstairs to the corner I waited when the bus pulled up I waved at the driver grabbing the girls hands walking back to our apartment.

When we got back to the apartment it was quiet I turned on Dora for the girls and walked into my bedroom to see Justin with his head in his hands. "Justin you OK" I asked he shook his head no "what's wrong" I mumbled sitting next to him. "I remember last night in know what I did and why" he said. We sat in silence for ten minutes "why did you do it" I asked "because I was so stressed with your birthday coming up I have this present and everything is just crumbling" he whispered. "No don't worry about my birthday" I whispered trying to comfort him I don't know why I was when he made me cry but I know he needed me I wrapped my arms around his shoulder comforting him.
"Sam I'm sorry but I have to get to work bye" he kissed my head then the girls and left. I called Toby to come and babysit the girls.
"Hey" Toby says "hey make sure the girls get their homework done and cut Justin some slack I trust and love him OK even with his stupid decions OK" I said Toby nodded I kissed his cheek and headed to work.

"I'm home" I yelled as I entered the apartment "Sammy" the girls attacked me in hugs like every other time I see them. "Hey Sam" Justin came and peeked my cheek.
"I'm ganna head to bed" I said after being home for an hour. "Girls bed time" Justin said "OK night Justin night Sammy" they said hugging and kissing us both as they walked to there room. I walked into our room and layed down in bed when Justin came and layed down behind me pushing me against his back. "Justin these past two days it felt like you've been back to your old ways now your back to your old new ways your a confusing boy" I mumbled closing my eyes. "I may be confused but I know one thing for sure is that I love you and I will get you exactly what you want for your birthday" he said and kissed my cheek and I fell asleep.
