Long Day

"Morning Sam" Jessie said waking up Jazzy who was still half asleep. "Morning where's Tobs" I asked looking around. "He went to Marco's he said something about the backyard stuff" she said "hungry?" I asked. "Yeah but Justin is making breakfast" she said sitting on the bed. "He's here" I asked she just nodded. "Stay in here" I said getting out of bed and walking in the kitchen. "Morning princess" Justin said kissing my cheek and going back to whatever he was cooking. "What the hell are you doing here" I whispered yelled. "Wow nice to see you too I see your bedtime outfits never change" he said practically eye raping me. "You are not supposed to be here" I said walking over towards him. "Why not" he asked putting eggs on a big plate along side the bacon. "How did you find me" I asked. "Easy Ryan told me he was helping you move, ya no it's not safe for a girl to live alone" he said walking closer to me. "You need to leave now" I said not looking at him. "Why" he asked. "Justin" Jazz said jumping on him. "Did you finish your song" she asked "no he's not done yet how about I'll fix you a plate but Justin has to go now" I said not letting him answer. "Alright bye Justin" she said. "I'll walk you to the door" I said grabbing Justins arm. "Leave and please just stay away" I asked shutting the door in his face.
25 minutes later
"Hey guys what's up" I said standing infront of; Toby, Marco,Ryan,and Chaz. "We bought some stuff for outside like lawn chairs,a big table,fire place for s'mors Sam your going to love it" Marco said walking into the kitchen. "Ryan let's talk really quick" I said walking to my room shutting the door. "Hey what's up" he asked I smacked him on his shoulder. "Hey what was that for" he wined rubbing his shoulder. "For telling Justin where I live you idiot" I said smacking him again. "Oww Ok sorry" he said rubbing his shoulder. "He showed up this morning and made breakfast kissed my cheek acted as if he didn't have a slut waiting for him in his bed" I said slapping him again. "Jeez stop hitting it's not nice"he said backing away. "I'm not going to be very nice if Marco or Toby finds out he was here!" I whispered yelled. "They won't were will be fine" he said reassuringly walking into the living room with me right besides him. "Marco can we have a S'more's tonight!" I yelled into the kitchen changing the channel to disney. "Sure, girls you hungry" he asked the girls who were sitting at the table playing a version of gold fish. "No we already are breakfast" Jessie said and my heart started to speed up. "Really Sam made breakfast" he asked raising an eyebrow I stood up to leave. "No Justin did" Jazzy said. "Sam!" Marco yelled. "Yeah Marco" "Justin was here" he asked "I didn't know until I woke up I swear and he left right away" I said defending myself. "How did he even know where you lived" he asked looking angry I looked over noticing everyone looking at us and Ryan looked scared I wasn't going throw him under the bus "I had my location button on when he texted me and I replied I'm sorry" I said he rubbed his temples and left me standing there. I walked over to Ryan. "You owe me one" I said sitting next to him on the couch. "Yeah thanks" he said side hugging me. "Guys let's get the beds in so they can finally sleep in there own beds" Marco said we all nodded and after doing that I hung some pictures of me and Jazzy and Jessie that one day at the mall and I saw a bunch of pictures of me and Justin I put those in a box and under my bed I hung my clothes and put my hair stuff in the bathroom. I changed into a infinty crop top and blue Jean shorts curled my hair and put on some light make-up and called it good. "Sam can you get the door" Marco yelled "yeah because I'm so much closer" I yelled with sarcasm coming downstairs to see him playing some game on his phone ON THE COUCH ugh some boys. "Hi who are you" I asked the strangely tall man at the door. "Your father sent me he's in the car actually so if you and Jessica would come with me" he said grabbing at my arm. "I don't think so" I said trying to shut the door. "Listen Samantha your coming with me your the girl boss wants" he said again "is there a problem" my father said standing behind the man "yeah there is MARCO!!" I yelled and Marco came towards the door and I went behind him. "Who are you" my father asked "I'm Marco who are you" "I'm Samantha's father and I'm taking her with me" he said grabbing for me but Marco standing in his way. "And where do you think your taking Sam" Marco asked "home with me" my father otherwise known as Caleb said "she is home" Marco said hugging me. "Wow Samantha you get around don't you who was the fool before you really are a slut" Caleb said "I'm not her boyfriend I'm her brother don't you ever call my sister a slut" Marco said. "Your not her brother and she is a slut" he said "get off of this lawn or I'm calling the cops" Marco threatened. "Alright already fine, see ya soon babe" Caleb said touching my arm. "No you won't I will get a restraining order against you" Marco said Caleb left smiling and chuckling. "Thanks Marco" I said hugging him.
"Hey I'm taking the girls and chaz and Ryan out to that new dinner with a play house attached wanna come" he asked me. "Nah I think I'll hold out on this one but don't get to full were doing S'more's tonight" I said he nodded and went to get the girls as I flipped on Disney channel I LOVE DISNEY CHANNEL. "Alright bye we will be back later" Marco said leaving I nodded layed out on the couch and watched dog with a blog. "Hey anyone here" Toby said I raised my hand I was room lazy to say me when he came in and sat on the couch right infront of me. "Tobs seriously you sat right infront of me" I said pushing him on the floor. "Where did you come from" he asked standing over me shirtless may I add. "I was here the whole time" I said pushing him out of the way. "Hey not nice" he said sitting by my feet "what are we watching" he asked. "How to build a perfect boy" I said. "Sam go get Toby and we can start the bomb fire" Marco said I nodded and went downstairs. "Toby, Marco said to come upstairs and we can start the S'more's and look at stars all night now come on" I said pulling him by the arm. "Sam wait can we talk" he asked "sure what's up" I said ploping down on his bed. "Well...ugh...I have something to tell you" he said sitting infront of me "no really" i said smiling "Sam" Toby said in a threatning voice "sorry now what did you want to say" I said "ugh...Ok...samIreallylikeyou" he said really fast and I almost didn't catch it "w..what" I said choking on air "I really like you Ok" he said looking down and losing his confidence "I... I grabbed it went back outside and told Ryan where I was going he nodded and then I went next door I knocked on his door and my heart sped up when his uncle answered the door great probably thinks I'm a booty call. "Hi is Zeke here" I asked "yeah I'll call him down, Zeke!!" He yelled "you can come in if you want" he said opening the door wider. "Nah I'll wait out here" I said he nodded then left I hopped up on the rail and waited. When I looked up my heart beated faster and I was going to soon start having a panic attack I need to get put of his grip and close my eyes and count to ten. My blood was boiling now "I.have.never.had.sex.with.Toby or.Zeke" I said smacking him in the face "why would you even think that" I spat. "Because when I came over this morning I was talking to Jessie and asked her where everyone slept and she said you all slept in her bed that made my blood boil because you guys probably did it on the floor in his room yesterday" he said I punched him in the with so much anger "I have never had sex with Toby" I started but he cut me off "no you had sex with Zeke" he said balling his fist "I never had sex with Zeke" I said pushing off the wall "really that's why when you went over you wouldn't go in because you didn't want the uncle to think you were going to have sex again them were your exact words" he said shoving me against the wall again harder this time making my vision blurry but still bearable "Justin his uncle thought we were going to have sex but we didn't I invited him over to help paint rooms when I freaked out I splattered paint all over his shirt so that's why I returned his shirt tonight you were the only one who had sex with anyone else happy" I said weakly but getting more confident while I spoke. "I'm going home please don't ever talk to me again" I said gaining posture and ran home the only one who was still outside was Toby. "Where the hell have you been!" Toby yelled "Toby can you please be quite my head hurts bad" I said walking next to him "sure want a S'more" he asked I nodded he got up to get the stuff and I sat in his spot when he got back he grabbed my hand pulling me up when he sat down I sat in his lap everything was so blurry. "Here ya go perfect" he said giving me the S'more he wrapped his arm around my waist making me closer to him "thanks" I said leaning back cuddling into him eating my S'more. "Sam you Ok" he whispered in my ear."I'm just tired" I whispered back. "Sam your bleeding" he said in shock "I'm ganna sleep now" I whispered started to close my eyes "I'm going to get Marco then your going to the hospital Ok" he said getting up "Toby please don't bother him I can take care of myself" I whispered and got comfortable in the chair "fine but I'm taking you to the hospital" he said carrying me bridal style. "Sam what happened" Toby said rubbing my knee "I...." I can't tell him the truth he'd hate me for not standing up for myself Ok so great I have to lie to him "I took a walk and like hit the ground a couple of times that's all" I said I could tell he didn't believe me "why were you still outside when everyone else went in" I asked "I was making sure you got back alright" he said pulling up to ergent care. "Let's hurry" he said I nodded but my head was in so much pain.
After doctor checked everything
Toby's POV
"Excuse me mam do you mine telling me what happened to my friend" I asked a nurse. "What's the name" she asked "Sam" I said tapping my feet "well she had her head smashed against a wall a couple times then again against a harder surface" she said "so it couldn't have been caused by falling" I asked her "no not at all unless she fell from a five story building" she said walking past me "Ok" I said walking into Sams room grabbing her hand why would she lie to me? Did she meet someone? Jeez she's going to drive me insane "Tobs you Ok" she asked rubbing my hand "yeah I'm Ok how are you" I asked "tired" she said her eyes dropping "yeah that's the medicine the nurse gave you" I said. BZZ BZZ. My phone had a text it was from Marco call me it said "hey I'll be right back Ok" I said she nodded when I stepped out I walked down the hall.

When I walked back to the room I heard a familiar voice "what the hell happened" he said "well maybe if you would have left me alone we wouldn't be here and I wouldn't have to have lied to Tobs you know I've never lied to Tobs once just leave me alone" Sam said "oh boo hoo you must not have listened to me I told you that your my girl so what do you do you go and sit on Toby's lap" the guy yelled "I don't give a damn I don't like this version of you this version of you is a jackass I actually like Toby because Toby is amazing and sweet and nice unlike you you are a evil guy who doesn't care about anyone" she yelled "I'm the most caring guy there is" he yelled back "like hell you are you smashed me against the ground and shoved me against a wall and on top of that I lied Tobs I keep covering your ass with Jazzy and Jessie when you were to busy in bed to say hi to your sister and now with Toby you need to leave now Justin Now" Sam yelled crap Justin did this "hey Justin" I said turning him by the shoulder punching him in the face he was caught off guard and I punched him again when he punched me it hurt like a son of a bitch.
Third person
"guys quite please" Sam said pulling at Justin he pushed her off making her stumble back but she came back pulling on him again but this time he shoved her so hard she flew into the wall "shit" she mumbled grabbing her head. Justin kept hitting Toby over and over again "Justin please stop" Sam said pushing Justins off with all her might. "Tobs" she whispered seeing he's unconscious "Ok Justin please calm down" Sam said grabbing his arms "Sam I'm sorry it got out of control" he said leaning his head on hers "Justin why did you come here I asked you to leave and now my friend is lying on the ground unconscious" she said "yeah I know" Justin said "you need to leave before Marco gets here I'm not going to be able to pull you to apart so leave now" Sam said Justin nodded and left Sam standing there. "Toby I'm so sorry" Sam said sitting next to him putting his head in her lap "where the hell are the nurses!!" Sam screamed
Sams POV
"We're here what in the world happened here" a female nurse asked "well my friend needs assistance" I said "oh I talked to this boy earlier cute boy, uh looks like some minor wonds you how's your head" she asked "it's bleeding hurts, but my friend gets medical attention first please his bottom lip might need to be sown up" I said "Sam get your head checked out please" Tobs said "get his lip sown now then you can check my head so hurry" I said my pain escalating.
1 hour later
Toby's lip was sown and my head was checked out no major injeries. Honestly I just wanna get out of the hospital I hate it here. "Hey how ya feeling" I asked Toby when he walked in. "Good the pain medication wore off how are you" he asked sitting on the bed I got up grabbed my clothes changed "good now let's go" I said walking out of the room. "We can't just leave" he said "why not" I asked "because we're patients not visitors" he said "we look like visitors and I don't like hospitals so let's go" I said grabbing his hand and pulling him out of there when we got in the car he got behind the wheel and just stared at me "you've done that before haven't you" he asked "done what?" I asked innocently "just walked out of a hospital like a visitor" he said starting the car "you now can we go home" I asked he nodded. When we got home it was dark I turned the light on to see a note on the table
Took the girls not sure if you came home or stayed at the hospital be back at 3pm see ya then be ready to answer some questions -Marco
"Marco took the girls bringing them back at 3 and be ready to answer a bunch of questions" I yelled throughout the house "Ok" I heard him yell. "I'm going to take a shower" I said going into my room taking a shower letting the hot water run down my body. When I got out I wrapped my towel around myself and went to pick out my PJ's I slipped on Betty boop shorts and a gray tank top and put my hair in a messy bun. "Night Sammy" Toby said kissing my forehead before turning to leave "Tobs do you think you can stay with my tonight just until I fall asleep I'm just a bit paranoid what happened at the hospital freaked me out a little" I said grabbing hold of his arm "yeah I can stay with you tonight" he said I crawled into bed he shut the light off and got between me and the wall and let me smuggle into him. "Thanks Tobs" I said looking at him "yeah.....Sam what happened with you and Justin what did he mean when he said that you'll always be his girl" Toby asked "he was mad because I kissed you then kissed Zeke" I said the later part quiter "you kissed Zeke" he asked "see he kissed me first but that was only to make sure he didn't like me which he didn't" I said looking up at him "oh ok, why didn't you tell me the truth from the beginning instead of saying you fell" he asked "because I knew you'd be mad at me for not defending myself better" I said "Sam I'm not mad at you I'm mad at Justin" he said "no more questions Ok it's been a long day" I said he looked down at me nodding his head "agreed" he said. After about twenty minutes I think Toby thinks I'm asleep. "Your great Sammy I'm sorry I scared you, you probably think I'm a monster" he whispered I looked up and his eyes were closed. I grabbed his neck pulling him closer and kissed him gently he was shock for a while but eventually kissed back when I pulled away a smile was on his lips "your nowhere near a monster" I said peeking his lips once more before cuddling into him and actually falling asleep this time the last thing I remember was Tobs kissing my forehead. It has been a long day.
