Chapter 26

July 6:

Bree's p.o.v.

My internet friend Gianna and me were driving to Jack's house today to hangout. We decided that we'd hangout at his place since we are always at my place. I knocked on the door and waited for about 15 seconds.

"Hey" I said smiling. "This is Gianna."

"Hey Bree. Nice to finally meet you Gianna, Bree and Nate have told me so much about you." He says. "Come in."

I walk in his house and I see Johnson, Sammy and Skate sitting on the couch. "Oh hey guys."

"Hi Bree, hi Gianna." they all say. Skate says it a little nervous and curious. Gianna he sits in the couch by him and they started talking.

"So. What did you plan?" I asked.

"We can just chill?" He asked.

"Okay. But I can only stay a few hours." I told him.

"Why? I thought you were staying for dinner?" He asked.

"Well the girls and me were going to watch the season premiere of Every Witch Way tonight. We can come back after?" I said.

"Whhhyyy can't you just stay here?" He pouted.

"If I do go over there then I'm just going to be there for like an hour. You'll be fine." I say.

"Well if you're only going to be there an hour then why don't you just FaceTime them and watch your show here? With me?" He asked.

I laughed. "Because it's the 4th season and you never watched the show before."

"Wait is it that witch show on Nickelodeon?" Sammy budded in.

I nod.

"How long until you go over there?" Jack G. asked.

"3 hours." I told him.

Jack left to get us some snacks and I saw Gianna and Nate still talking and smiling at each other.

"Gi. Can we talk for a sec?" I asked.

"Uh yeah sure." She said standing up.

"Are you two dating yet?" I asked teasing.

"No. He do-" she started.

"Why not? You both like each other." I said.

"No. He only likes me as a friend." She said.

"Gianna. You should've seen his face when we walked in this house. He likes you. And you obviously like him back. Go out with him." I tell her.

She stands there thinking for a few seconds. "I don't know."

"Nate." I say telling him to come over here.

"What's up?" He asked looking at me.

"Do you like Gianna?" I said. "Like more than a friend?"

"Um. Yeah." He said a little nervous.

"Well she likes you too. So just ask the question already." I say smiling.

"Bree it's not that easy. She's only here for another month. Then she goes back to New Jersey. I don't know if I can do long distance." Nate said.

"Well if you both truly like each and want it to work out then you should try. It's up to you both, but I know two perfect people when I see them." I say walking away.

Gianna and Nate comes back to join us holding hands. Guess they took my advice, I thought to myself.

Both Jacks walk in the room, one holding snacks and the other holding board games and cards.
