Chapter 7

Its 2 weeks into summer vacation and it's the day Jess, Sam, Danny, and Amanda come down for the summer. Ms. Ansile is driving them down here and they should be here any minute now. My regular crew are here too. The boys are out back and the girls are in my room. Right when I hear the doorbell ring I run downstairs as fast as I could.

"AHHHHHHHHHH" the 5 of us yelled as I opened the door and we saw each other. We gave a huge hug and everyone else came into the living room.

"Hey, are these the girls you told us so much about?" Jess asked.

"Yeah this is Taylor, Nicole, and Maya.. And everyone else. Everyone this is Jessica, Samantha, Daniella, and Amanda." I said introducing everyone.

"Hey." Taylor said half smiling.

"So um you guys are staying the whole summer?" Maya asked.

"Yeah. I'm sooooo excited." Amanda said.

"Yeah and we can't wait to get to know you all better. We will all be such great friends." Danny said to them.

"Yeahhhhhh, neither can we...." Nicole said trying to fake her smile.

"Um I'll be right back, you guys continue talking." I said grabbing Nash and Hayes's wrist and pulled them to the kitchen.

"Guys what am I going to do? The girls don't look like they like each other at all." I said to them.

"They'll get used to them soon. Remember it took a couple of hours for Taylor to get used to you." Nash said.

"Yeah but that's different, she didn't like me because she thought I liked her crush. The 3 of them don't like them at all." I yelled in a whisper voice.

"For now just give it a while. They will all like each other before the end of summer, I know so." Hayes said.

"I hope you're right..." I said leaving the kitchen. I walk up to the side of Jack and they girls are still talking while Taylor, Maya, and Nicole are acting like they like them. I look up at Jack and he looks down at me then puts his arm around my waist like everything will be alright.

Cam, Hayes, and Nash takes the girls' suitcases and we walk to my room. The other guys and girls stay downstairs until we get back, then we show Ms. Ansile the guest room and walk back downstairs.

"Okay um us guys are going out for a little bit so you girls have fun here." Nash tell all of us. Jack gives me a kiss on the cheek and JJ, Carter, and Matt does the same to Maya, Taylor, and Nicole the they all leave.

"So what do you all want to do?" I asked them.

"We should pl-" Sam said but got interrupted.

"We should get to know our guest more." Maya said.

"Okay you guys do that and I'll go get us some snacks." I said walking to the kitchen.

"Yeah I'll help!" Taylor said getting out of her seat quick. We walk to the kitchen and start getting snacks and drinks out. "Bree, me and the or girls don't like your other friends that much. They seem to be to..." She started.

"Preppy? Overwhelmed? Over excited?" I asked trying to finish her sentence.

"Yeah all of those and something else but I can't think of the word." She said.

"Well can you guys try to be nice? It's not even for the whole summer, just a month." I said.

"We are trying. And that's still too long. Do they have to hangout with us everyday?" She asked.

"Well yeah, they are staying here, and I'm the reason they came down here." I said.

"I didn't even know foster kids could travel, especially for this long." She said.

"Yeah me neither." I said while walking back to the living room. "Okay girls, here are the snacks and something to drink for you."

"Thanks." Sam said to me and Taylor.

"Okay Bree, we want to know more about you and Jack's relationship. Since you never bother to tell him about us over the phone or through text." Jess said smiling at me.

I start to laugh a little and blush. "There's not much to tell about us, we post a lot of stuff about each other on Twitter and snapchat."

"Did she tell you guys about what happened behind the school on the last day of school? Because I don't remember seeing a snapchat story or a tweet about it." Nicole said nudging my arm.

"No! What happened?!" Sam yelled.

"Nothing special..." I explain what happened and they all start 'awing'. "Taylor why are you so quiet?"

She looked at me as if I didn't know and then said, "um i just don't know what to say."

"So tell us more stories about what's been going on here." Daniella said.

"No. Let's talk about you guys right now and what's been going on in Ontario since I left." I said.

"Fine." The four of them said while starting to tell us everything from the day I left to the day they got to LA. I glanced over at Taylor, Maya, and Nicole and I could tell they were really annoyed.

"Okay it's getting a little late" Taylor said while standing up, "and my mom said she's here so we will just go."

"Bye, text you later Bree." Maya said. I nodded an just as they opened the door Nash and Hayes walked in with Cam.

"Um we are going to get ready for bed" Jess said, "where's the bathroom?"

"First door past my room, between mine and Sky's room." I told them. "I'll be up there in a couple of minutes"

"How'd it go? Were the girls nice to them?" Nash asked.

"Maya and Nicole tried to be nice and Taylor just sat there and didn't say anything." I said.

"That's unusual since Taylor always talk." Hayes said and I chuckled.

"You looked really tired Bree. You should go to sleep early tonight."
Cam said.

"Yeah, I'll see you guys in the morning. Good night."
