⭐ 09 Moonlight ⭐

"You'll focus on your health, your studies and us, alright? Just focus on me. Can you do that for me?" The alpha cupped Taehyung's cheeks. He stared intently into his eyes as one of his thumbs gently rubbed the omega's lips.

The brunette nodded again after some moment. Then to his surprise, Jungkook pulls him closer to him only to give him a chaste kiss of the night. The alpha gave a warm kiss that was intoxicating yet calming to his soul.

His kiss, which at first felt soft, innocent and pure, was a bit sad. But then his kiss had changed to become deeper and deeper, full of passion. It didn't take long for him to feel Jungkook's burning desire as he devoured his lips.

His kisses made Taehyung's brain foggy and his heart flutter. The kisses that were getting hotter and hotter from Jungkook made all his nerves weak. The deep kiss from the young alpha made his body and soul fly high into the sky. It was so comforting yet liberating.

In an instant, Taehyung forgot who he was. He forgot all of his worries. Tae forgot all his past. He forgot everything, he couldn't even remember his name. Jungkook's kiss wiped away all the restlessness and worry that was there and replaced it with pure euphoria and ecstatic bliss.

After what seemed forever, the young alpha finally let him go, "It's getting late and cold, Love. We should go back inside, we don't want you to catch a cold, right?"

Taehyung nodded as he received a gentle kiss on his forehead. Jungkook then took him back to the room as they circled the moon garden and the beautiful fountain in the middle.

As the two went back to the room, time passed and they got ready for bed. They washed their faces with warm water and brushed their teeth like a couple who had been together for years, even though the omega was still a little shy and a bit awkward.

They both had changed into clean and comfortable pajamas. And only after Jungkook tucked him in then Taehyung finally asked hesitantly, "Jungkook, um, can I ask you some questions?"

"What is it, Love? Is there something wrong?" The alpha seems concerned suddenly.

"No, of course not, Alpha. No worries. I'm just... I, uh, have some stupid questions about imprints. That's all," The brunette smiles bashfully. They both lay down and faced each other on the bed.

"Oh, go ahead then," The alpha looks relieved. He lay down beside Taehyung and hugged him affectionately, "Go on, what do you wanna know about it, Love?" Jungkook tucked his hair behind his ear gently.

"So, I wonder if, um, do you care to explain how it felt when you imprinted on me?"

Jungkook chuckles, "You really wanna know about that?"

"Well, only if that's fine," Taehyung said nervously as he pouted his lips, "You know what? It's okay if-"

"It's alright, Love. It's fine," JK interjects as they both laughed a little, "Well, since you're curious about it, then let me try to describe it. Hmmm, where do I start?"

"I'm listening," Taehyung nodded with enthusiasm to him.

The alpha sighed and smiled back at him, "Hmmm. Imprinting on someone is like... It's like when you see him, everything changes. My feelings changed. I have changed. And all of a sudden, it's not gravity holding me to this planet. It's you. My life purpose is you. It's you and nothing else matters," JK gently said as he tenderly caressed Taehyung's cheek, making the omega blushed harder. His cheeks are burning hot. He thought right now his face must have the same hue as sunset or papaya.

"Imprinting actually feels like the wolf inside me immediately knew that you were the one for me, that you were my soulmate, that you were my other half," JK added.

"R-really?" Taehyung licks and bites his lower lip.

"Really," Jungkook gave his mate his cute, bunny smile.

"Imprinted on someone sounds so magical," The brunette purred as his mind wandered.

"It was indeed magical," Kookie muttered, "And overwhelming in a good way, I guess," He chuckled, "Because in just a matter of seconds, I immediately felt that you owned me, all of me," The alpha smiled helplessly as the two kept staring at each other in silence for a few seconds.

Then he continued, "At that moment, I felt my world turn around, my world turned upside down and everything has changed. I feel strong emotions towards you, like there is a deep emotional bond and sense of protection for you. I felt that I need to be your everything and anything that you need. There was this sense of urgency to protect you and to provide for you, to be everything that you ever wanted, to be anything that you ever needed, like anything, your brother, your provider, your protector, your best friend and your lover."

"It sounds so deep, Kookie..." The brunette rubbed his nose as he blushed. Then he played with one of Jungkook's pajama buttons with his slender fingers.

"Because it is..." Jungkook looked him in the eye and chinned up with his fingers gently, "Taehyung, I'll protect you for the rest of my life. You're the center of my world. You're my universe. You're everything to me, to my whole being, you're everything to my existence... You're the air I breathe and I'll do anything to make sure that you are always safe and happy. I'll move mountains and swim across the ocean for you if I have to, My Love," He stated firmly with determination, yet gently spoke.

The omega was speechless. He was stunned and couldn't say anything. Jungkook, the super handsome and brave alpha, seems to really fall for him. He definitely sounds so real and genuine, he really goes head over heels for the brunette.

Yet Jungkook grabbed both of his omega's hands. His fingers gently rubbed and played with the two ring fingers on Taehyung's right and left hands, "These lovely ring fingers are going to have rings on it," He said as he showed him his bunny teeth, landing sweet kisses on the back of Taehyung's hands alternately.

"This ring finger will soon get an engagement ring. And the other ring finger will soon get a wedding ring from me. We will soon be holding our engagement party. And then I'll marry you," The alpha muttered as he stared intently into Taehyung's eyes, making his heart skip a beat.

His sweet and sincere words certainly make the Omega speechless. And the alpha's soft voice was like a refreshing dew that now enveloped his heart, like a beautiful symphony and serenade that flowed melodiously to his ears.

"And now, I think every moment with you is a gift. This may be too soon. But since you're my moonlight, Taehyung, the sooner, the better," JK kissed the back of Taehyung's hands, "I will do anything and be anything for you. I'll do anything but never leave you or let you go. You're my mate. You are the one I've been waiting for my whole life. I want to be with you forever," Jungkook's eyes glistened with passion, love and desire.

And Taehyung was so stunned. The brunette omega was really moved. His words have touched the deepest of his heart. His throat felt really dry while the omega gulped nervously.

"I know this is probably wicked fast, but... Let's spend the rest of our lives together, Taehyung. Having you by my side is what completes me. If you marry me, it will be as easy as breathing. Will you do me the extraordinary honor of becoming my mate? Will you make me the happiest Alpha alive? Will you marry me, Omega?" The raven-head alpha asked impatiently, desperately and whole-heartedly.
