Things had changed drastically in just one night for Jungkook. The alpha has found his other half. It was a wonderful miracle for him.

On the right side of the gurney, the hospital bed where Taehyung was lying, Jungkook was contemplating. He was truly starstruck by the brunette omega.

At this very moment, he felt like he was a stargazer who was secretly looking at the gorgeous face of his omega. Jungkook came to realize that from now on, his life will never be the same.

He's not just a twinkle, twinkle little star for him. Taehyung has become the brightest shining star in his entire galaxy now. And just by looking at the brunette, he felt warmth in the depths of his heart. Just looking at the omega gave him butterflies already.

And just by inhaling his beautiful and alluring scent, Jungkook feels peaceful and serene. The raven-head felt mesmerized, captivated and enchanted by all of Taehyung's beauty. His scent was so intoxicating to him, it made him melt down and bow to him somehow.

The young alpha swore he would make every effort diligently and devotedly for the brunette's happiness and well-being. From now on, he will protect this lovely omega with all his life and all his might.

He will not let anything or anyone hurt his precious and priceless mate. With all that he got, he will make sure his omega is always happy and well looked after for the rest of their lives.

Jungkook has been thinking.

In just the blink of an eye, Taehyung, who was once a stranger, has become his significant other, his specific person that was so very special. This omega, his mate, really matters to him. And he swear by the moon, he wouldn't mind spending the rest of his eternity with this otherworldly gorgeous omega, if only the two of them could live forever.

The alpha wants to be together with Taehyung for as long as he lives. If possible, Jungkook wants to be with him in another life too.

The raven-head began to imagine what kind of future awaited him. Maybe the two of them will be successful and happier 5 years from now. After graduating from college they will then get married.

The young alpha will replace his father's leadership at the Jeon family company. Chances are, he will replace his grandfather's position as the leader of their pack, Solar. And for Taehyung, his mate can work or just be a stay-at-home husband, it's not even a problem for Jungkook; anything for his omega as long as Taehyung is prosperous and happy.

Then he imagined the two of them having sweet and smart children. Their puppies are super cute. They're healthy and lively puppies. Girls or boys, Jungkook won't even mind any of that. As a loving father, he will love all his children. The important thing is as long as they are all healthy and happy.

He felt intense happiness imagining all that. And never in his life had he felt such heart-warming joy and bliss. He felt so lucky and blessed as he closed his eyes slowly.

The raven-head genuinely smiled as he took a deep breath. He gently kissed the knuckles of Taehyung. He kissed his knuckles again and again with such admiration, slowly and lovingly.

His omega was fast asleep because of the given medicine. And the alpha's drifting thoughts hit the ground as Doctor Seokjin entered the room and patted his shoulder, "Hello, Kook."

"Oh- Hi, Doc. You are here."

"Let's check on him," Doctor Seokjin started to examine Taehyung as he winked at Jungkook as the alpha let the doctor do what he had to do.

"I, uh, I don't even know why I'm so smitten by him," Jungkook stated, more to himself than to Seokjin, as he laughed a little.

Jin chuckles, "Now look who's really head over heels by this Sleeping Beauty," The doctor didn't seem surprised at all to see Jungkook's reaction.

He apparently knows that the alpha will become instantly crazy about Taehyung. Jungkook's clearly starstruck and enthralled by the omega.

The young alpha just shrugged as he smiled shyly, "I swear by the moon, I've never felt anything like this before," He admitted.

"It's intensely beautiful, right?" Jin stopped himself from writing and noted Taehyung's health progress, his blood pressure and all in his report sheet.

"Yeah. There's no doubt about that," Jungkook nodded, whistling and rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

"I know exactly how you feel. The feelings are so profoundly amazing," Seokjin gleamed as his mind drifted to imagine the handsome alpha who had now become his husband, Kim Namjoon.

"You tell me. I mean, he's always on my mind, like, every single time, and I can't even think straight when I'm away from him-"

Jin laughs a little, "Yet the two of you have just met-,"

"I know. But it's like every cell in my body wants him every single time I'm alone. I dunno, Hyung. What the hell is wrong with me? It's like every fiber of my being wants to be with him," Jungkook exhales, making Seokjin giggles even more.

"That's because all the atoms within you recognized him as your Omega. Welcome to the club, Young Man. The extremely intense feelings are normal. He's your mate after all. You should feel an incredibly strong attraction and bond towards each other. And for the record, your bond will get stronger and deeper from here," Seokjin winked at the young alpha, making him even more nervous than before.

"Really?" Jungkook gulped as he widened his shimmering doe eyes.

"Oh, really. You'll be surprised, Kookie. Trust me," Jin retorted.

"Then w-what am I supposed to do?" Jungkook half-whispered and mumbled dumbly, more to himself than to the doctor.

Jin chuckled, "Relax. You'll just have to go with your instinct and enjoy the ride. And let your inner wolf show you the way. Alpha knows what he needs to do with his omega. You got this," He convinced him.

The raven-head cleared his suddenly dry throat and nodded, "Well, I guess..."

Seokjin couldn't help but chuckle since this was the first time he had seen the young alpha become nervous and embarrassed like this, "So, how is your mate anyway?"

"What do you mean? You tell me, Doc. He kept sleeping," Jungkook sulked, he looked a bit sad and disappointed.

"Yes, take it easy and be patient, Young Man. We'll let him rest well for now. We know he needs it," Seokjin said while he gently checking all his vitals again. Poor Taehyung fell asleep really tight, safe and sound. Doctor Kim Seokjin didn't want to wake up his patient after all.

"But I really want to have a talk with him about so many things," Jungkook whined like a child, "I want us to get to know each other and things-"

Jin chuckles. He had to hold back his laughter because now the alpha looked like a poor puppy who couldn't wait to play around with his best buddy, "You can do it later after he recovers, Kookie. Maybe ask him out on a date or something."

"I think I'll take him running into the woods and hiking to the top of the mountain. And maybe a night camp by the lake. That won't hurt him at all, right?"

"Only after his health improved. And yeah, marvelous ideas you got there. That sounds pretty cool actually. We know that being close to nature can also help our kind, werewolves, to rapidly heal our wounds," Seokjin beamed.

"For sure," Jungkook nodded. His eyes now are shimmering with optimism.

"Uh, by the way, Kookie. So... I've talked with Jonnie," Seokjin said carefully, "Um, about those bullies at the uni..."
