Fabricated Reality

As Stephen Strange looked around the ravaged courtyard of Kamar-Taj, his heart sank upon realizing that Wong had vanished. His eyes darted from one injured sorcerer to another, their expressions reflecting the same grim understanding: Wanda had taken Wong.

Strange clenched his fists, his thoughts racing. "We need to regroup and find America and Aurora before Wanda does. She won't stop until she gets what she wants." He tried giving hope to his people.

Meanwhile, in a secluded part of the multiverse, Aurora and America Chavez emerged from a swirling portal. The landscape around them was a desolate wasteland, a stark contrast to the vibrant courtyard they had just left. America looked at Aurora, concern etched on her young face.

"Aurora, where are we?" America asked, her voice trembling.

Aurora's eyes scanned the horizon. "Somewhere far from Wanda's immediate reach. But we can't stay here long. She'll find us eventually."

"Aurora" America called Aurora looked at her waiting for America to continue.
"I've heard about you , you saved black widow from that building, I never knew you did that with powers, you are a witch..."
Aurora looked at her hands her veins purple from the magic. "I don't use it often, I don't like the idea of someone getting hurt from these hands, so I stick to the lawyer or the retired agent part" Aurora answered sincerely looking back at America.

"So, you control the multiverse or something?" Aurora smirked at the younger woman. America took a look at Aurora's eyes seeing a glimpse of hope and sadness inside of them. America put her hand on Aurora's shoulder. " I can show you..." Aurora snapped her head to America. "No, no , no I can't ask you to do that" Aurora took a few steps back. "At least you would ask" America smiled a little. "I don't thin-" America took a step back from Aurora and punched the air creating a portal. Aurora stared at the portal for a few minutes"See... She's happy and... alive." Aurora hesitated at first but joined America .

"She looks so..." America interrupted her " Real?" America smiled. "Yeah..." Aurora smiled sadly, her eyes watering. "Uhh, I can't..." Aurora looked away trying to get herself together. " I'm gonna answer your question you've been dying to ask" America said making Aurora look back at her. "Yes, you are together, Natasha retired, you are... Surprisingly... a lawyer..." And with that Aurora let a few more tears escape from her eyes, covering her mouth smiling and chuckling. America closed the portal going to sit with Aurora. Aurora after a few minutes collected herself, now trying to contact Strange.

But before she could hear Stephen's plan, a sudden wave of crimson energy surged towards them. Aurora quickly pushed America aside, taking the full brunt of the attack. She staggered, trying to maintain her footing, Wanda shoot a ball of energy at America making her lose her balance and hit the floor, passed out. " Aurora? " Wanda called. Aurora took a step back. "What happened to you Wanda..." Aurora now walking towards Wanda. Wanda doing the same but they both stop at a safe kind of distance. "Help me find my children, Aurora and I'll help you find her" Aurora looked at Wanda in disbelief. "How about you stop all this madness and come with me, start a new life, leave behind what happened at Westview or here with America, find someone that you can have children with, leave it all behind." Aurora plased her hand on Wanda's shoulder.

Wanda snatched Aurora's hand out of her shoulder. " Be like you? Forget about Vision, Tommy, Billy, they are alive Aurora" Aurora frowned " In another universe Wanda not here " Aurora looking in Wanda's eyes trying to find some understanding. "You are right, Natasha too" Aurora chuckled in disbelief taking a step back " I can take you to her, if you get out of my way" Wanda came closer to Aurora cupping her cheeks. " You can be with her Aurora...she missed you...just let me-" and with that Aurora pushed away Wanda with a magic blast. Aurora tearing up, went back to see if America was okay. Wanda stood up after a few seconds " You left me no choice Aurora..." Aurora turned at Wanda her hand ready to blast another purple energy but Wanda was quicker.Aurora's eyes turned red as she fell under Wanda's spell " I hope someday you'll understand why I did what I did " and with that Aurora's mind slipped into a fabricated reality.
