Aurora couldn't bear the suffocating silence of the safe house any longer. Despite Wanda's attempts to reach out, she slipped out unnoticed, needing the solace of the outdoors to clear her mind. The night air was cool and soothing as she walked through the familiar streets, her thoughts a whirlwind of anger and fear.

Unbeknownst to Aurora, Marcus had been tracking her since she left the safe house. His dark magic tendrils reached out, sensing her presence. He materialized in front of her with a malevolent grin, his eyes gleaming with malice.

"Aurora," Marcus sneered, "You can't hide from me. You belong to me now."

Aurora's eyes blazed with defiance, her latent magic pulsing to life in response to Marcus' presence. "I don't belong to anyone," she spat. "Especially not to you."

Marcus laughed, the sound echoing eerily in the quiet night. "Oh, but you will. Your power will serve me well."

With a surge of rage unlike anything she had ever felt before, Aurora unleashed her magic. Dark purple energy crackled around her, a storm of power that she had never fully embraced until now. She didn't understand where this newfound strength came from, but she channeled it into a blast that knocked Marcus back.

Marcus recovered quickly, retaliating with his own barrage of dark spells. The air crackled with magic as they clashed, Aurora fueled by her fury and Marcus driven by his thirst for domination.

Back at the safe house, Wanda's senses tingled with alarm. She felt Aurora's sudden surge of magic, raw and potent. Without hesitation, Wanda followed the trail, her own magic flaring in preparation for battle.

Meanwhile, Doctor Strange, Kate, and Yelena, at Kamar-Taj, preparing for their next move against Marcus. Strange's brows furrowed as he sensed the escalating confrontation through his mystical connections.

"We need to hurry," Strange urged, his voice urgent. "Aurora is in danger, and Marcus must be stopped."

They wasted no time, using the mystic arts to open a portal that led them directly to Aurora and Marcus' location. As they emerged, they were greeted by a battlefield of swirling magic and crackling energy.

Aurora fought desperately, her emotions fueling her magic to unprecedented levels. She was on the brink of unleashing a devastating blow when Wanda intervened, stepping between Aurora and Marcus with a protective barrier of red magic.

"Aurora, stop!" Wanda called out, her voice cutting through the chaos. "Don't let him consume you!"

Aurora hesitated, her rage slowly subsiding as she looked at Wanda. Tears streaked down her face, a mix of anger and anguish. "He needs to pay for what he's done," she whispered hoarsely.

Wanda's expression softened, her own eyes reflecting Aurora's pain. "And he will. But not like this. Let us handle it together."

Aurora pushed Wanda out of her way, she used her magic to fly up and come down towards Marcus with force. Wanda tried blocking Aurora's attacks against Marcus.

Doctor Strange stepped forward, his presence commanding and authoritative. "Aurora stand down!"

Marcus fell to his knees "What happened, wha-" before he could finish a blast from Aurora sent him across the street.

Strange's response was a surge of mystical energy, weaving intricate spells that bound Aurora in place. Aurora though broke free, now her attention to Strange.
"Aurora stop!!!" Marcus tried to stand up with tears in his eyes. "Stay down" Aurora commanded.

Doctor Strange got confused by Marcus actions, he looked out of place, like he didn't know what he was doing. Wanda took a step closer to Marcus. " Are you okay?" She said. Marcus looked at her, then Wanda caught a glimpse of purple in his eyes, she snapped her head towards Aurora but Aurora was hugging Yelena. Wanda frowned, why did his eyes turned purple for a few seconds if Aurora wasn't using her powers.

The night air stilled as the battle ended, leaving only the heavy silence of exhaustion and relief. Aurora sank to her knees, drained both physically and emotionally.

Kate and Yelena approached cautiously, their concern etched on their faces. "Aurora," Kate started, "Are you okay?"

Aurora nodded weakly, her gaze distant. "I... I think so."

Doctor Strange approached them, his expression grave yet relieved. "Marcus will come with me."

Aurora looked up at him, her eyes filled with a mixture of gratitude and exhaustion. "Thank you, Stephen."

He nodded, acknowledging her thanks. "We will ensure that Marcus cannot harm anyone ever again."
