Aurora slowly opened her eyes, her head throbbing as she found herself in her bed. Mia was sitting beside her, holding her hand tightly. "You're awake," Mia said with relief, her eyes filled with concern. "You scared me, Aurora. What happened?"Aurora blinked, trying to piece together the events leading to her blackout. "I... I don't know," she murmured, her voice raspy. "Where is everyone?"
Mia shook her head sadly. "I don't know. After you collapsed, I couldn't find anyone. It's like they all disappeared."
Aurora's heart sank. "Wanda... I need to find Wanda," she said, her voice gaining urgency. She reached for her phone again, attempting to call Wanda once more, but as before, there was no answer.
Mia squeezed her hand gently. "Aurora, maybe you should rest. You're not well."
Aurora nodded reluctantly, lying back against the pillows. She couldn't shake the feeling of unease, of being kept in the dark about what had transpired while she was unconscious.
As the hours passed, Aurora continued trying to reach out to Wanda through her thoughts, but each attempt was met with silence. Frustration mounted as she grappled with the unknown, with the fear that something terrible had happened to Wanda.
In the quiet of her room, Mia stayed close, offering silent support as Aurora wrestled with her thoughts and emotions. She couldn't shake the image of Stephen, the confusion of Yelena collapsing, and the mysterious disappearance of everyone.
When evening fell and there was still no sign of the others, Aurora's worry deepened into a resolve. She knew she couldn't wait any longer. She had to find answers, to uncover the truth about Wanda and the events that had unfolded.
Gathering her strength, Aurora got up from bed, Mia following closely behind. "I have to go," Aurora said firmly, her jaw set with determination.
Mia nodded, her expression filled with concern. "I'll come with you." Aurora immediately declined not wanting her getting hurt.
Suddenly Aurora stopped her moves. "Aurora?" Mia asked in concern. "Shh.." Aurora turned to her. "Nat?" Aurora finally said after a few minutes of silence. "Woods..." Natasha's voice echoed silently. "Wanda?" Aurora replied. "Restrained..." Natasha's voice continued. "Go..." Aurora's eyes turned purple...and without a word Aurora left the house flying towards the woods.
After 5 hours
"Where are you, Wanda" Aurora whispered exhausted. She sat down taking a breath after looking for Wanda. After a few minutes she saw a group of men walking with guns. " What the hell..." She muttered following them. After a few minutes they arrived at a small cabin. "Wanda..." She whispered. "She can't find her, put her down" Aurora's eyes widened by their words and before they reach the door of the cabin she attacked them and in a few seconds they were down groaning in pain.
Aurora went inside the cabin seeing a large cube made out of glass in the middle of the living room, Wanda in it. "Wanda..." Wanda snapped her head towards her with hope in her eyes but also anger. Aurora tried to break the glass with her powers it was difficult but she succeeded. Taking Wanda out of there.
______Aurora held Wanda close returning to her house but the only thing she sees is a house burning down. "No..." Aurora looked at her now burning house in disbelief. After a few minutes of staring at her house ashes she saw a car in the distance she broke the drivers window unlocking it, helping Wanda get in.
After a few minutes of driving they arrived in an abandoned house. Wanda looked at Aurora in disbelief. " I'll fix it..." She used her magic trying to fix the house not doing a perfect job but doing something. Wanda Haven't said a word to her at all. Aurora went in Wanda's now bedroom, staring at her. " You haven't spoken at all" Wanda ignored her. Aurora sighed taking a step closer to her. " I didn't know about them" Wanda looked up at her getting closer to her. "You didn't?" She questioned unsure if she's telling the truth. Aurora stared in Wanda's eyes. Wanda earning consent to look at Aurora's mind but she just touched Aurora's heart using her magic to find out.
Wanda's eyes filled with tears. " I'll let your rest" Aurora went towards the kitchen leaving Wanda sobbing. Aurora was telling the truth of course reassuring Wanda of her intentions.
_____
Aurora paced back and forth in the small kitchen, her mind racing with thoughts of what had transpired. The weight of the past few hours was heavy, and the uncertainty of the future loomed over her. She was lost in her thoughts when she heard the soft sound of footsteps approaching."Aurora," Wanda's voice was a quiet whisper, yet it carried the weight of her emotions.
Aurora turned to face her, seeing the tear-streaked face of her. Wanda's eyes were filled with gratitude and sorrow. "Thank you for saving me," she said, her voice breaking slightly.
Aurora crossed the room and took Wanda's hands in hers, squeezing them gently. "Of course, Wanda. I would do anything for you... I'm just glad you're safe."
Wanda nodded, her eyes searching Aurora's for any hint of deceit. Finding none, she felt a sense of relief wash over her. "I believe you," she said softly.
Aurora nodded, her heart aching for her. "Get some rest, Wanda. We'll figure this out later."
Wanda gave a small nod and retreated to her makeshift bedroom. Aurora watched her go, a sense of determination settling over her. She knew they were far from safe.

Meanwhile, Mia was working diligently on the case alone, her focus unwavering despite the chaos that surrounded them. Aurora had confided in her about everything, and Mia knew that her friend needed to focus on the immediate threats. Mia poured over the documents, connecting the dots and gathering evidence. She was determined to make a breakthrough, not just for the case, but for Aurora as well.In the early hours of the morning, Aurora found herself unable to sleep. She needed to clear her mind, to prepare herself for whatever was coming next. She headed to a small training room - that she built magically - in the abandoned house and began her boxing routine. Each punch and movement helped her focus, channeling her frustration and fear into something productive. " Just a little harder" she muttered.
Unbeknownst to her, Wanda stood quietly in the doorway with a cup of tea, watching Aurora with a mixture of admiration and sadness. She could see the strain that was putting on Aurora, and it pained her to know that Aurora was carrying such a heavy burden.
As Aurora stopped her training, she saw Wanda standing in the doorway. She sighed."you don't think it will work, do you? Wanda stepped into the room. "I'm sorry" she said, her voice cutting through the rhythmic sound of punches.
Aurora paused, taking her shirt off. She sighed once again. "Pfff...fine" she said throwing her shirt on the floor. After a few minutes of silence Wanda spoke. "How about doing a spell?"
Wanda suggested stepping closer. "I don't know anything about spells" Aurora said sitting on the chair beside a table with a bottle of water and boxing gloves on it. Wanda smiled at her sitting in front of her."But you do..."Aurora realized smiling wickedly. Wanda chuckled. "Yeppp" letting a pop sound escape her mouth.
________
After a while setting up candles and an old witchy book. Aurora sat down trying to concentrate on finding something to defeat Agatha. (Wanda told her about everything Agatha did and said to her). After a few minutes of silence Wanda spoke. "Concentrate" Aurora sighed. "I'm trying" Wanda was cooking at that time. "Well, i don't see it..." Wanda said smiling. "Wanda hush" Aurora said trying to concentrate. Wanda was stirring the food she was making, just smiling, trying not to laugh. Aurora slammed her hands on the floor. "Why am I even doing this???I'm dead anyways..." She stood up quickly. Wanda turned her head to look at her. "Now, why would you say that?" Wanda sighed in disbelief. "It's a fact" Aurora said walking up the stairs. Wanda just stared at her not believing what Aurora just said.
