A/N: I love this...
Wanda and Aurora woke up to the soft light of dawn streaming through the curtains. Wanda stirred first, blinking sleepily as she adjusted to the light. She glanced at Aurora, who was still asleep, and couldn't help but smile at the peaceful expression on her face.
Gently, Wanda slipped out of bed and headed to the kitchen, deciding to surprise Aurora with breakfast. As she rummaged through the pantry, she found ingredients for pancakes and set to work, enjoying the quiet and the simple task at hand.
A few minutes later, Aurora appeared in the doorway, stretching and yawning. "Morning," she greeted, her voice still rough with sleep.
Wanda looked up from the stove, her eyes brightening. "Morning. I thought I'd make us breakfast."
Aurora's lips curled into a smile. "Smells good. Need any help?"
"Sure, you can make the coffee," Wanda suggested.
They worked together in comfortable silence, the smell of pancakes and fresh coffee filling the kitchen. Once everything was ready, they sat down at the small table, enjoying the meal and each other's company.
"This is nice," Aurora said between bites. "I could get used to mornings like this."
Wanda nodded in agreement. "Yeah, me too."
After breakfast, they decided to take a walk through the nearby park. The day was clear and crisp, the perfect backdrop for their leisurely stroll. They talked about everything and nothing, finding a rhythm in their conversation that felt easy and natural.
As they wandered, they discovered a small pond with ducks paddling lazily across the surface. They stopped to watch, the simple scene bringing a sense of tranquility.
"This place is beautiful," Wanda remarked, her gaze on the water.
"It is," Aurora agreed. "I like finding little spots like this. They make everything feel... less complicated."
Wanda glanced at Aurora, appreciating her perspective. "Yeah, I get that."
They continued their walk, eventually finding a bench to sit on. They watched the world go by, content to just be in the moment. For Wanda, it was a rare feeling of peace, and she cherished it.

Over the next few days, Wanda and Aurora settled into a comfortable routine. They explored the city together, visited local cafes, and found new favorite spots. Each day brought new experiences and deeper conversations, strengthening their bond.
One afternoon, they decided to visit an art gallery. Wanda had always loved art, and Aurora was eager to share the experience with her. As they wandered through the gallery, Wanda's eyes lit up with appreciation for the pieces around her.
"This place is amazing," Wanda said, pausing in front of a particularly striking painting. "Thanks for bringing me here."
Aurora smiled. "I knew you'd like it. Art has a way of speaking to the soul."
Wanda turned to Aurora, her expression thoughtful. "You know, I used to paint a little. Nothing serious, just for fun."
Aurora's eyes widened in surprise. "Really? I'd love to see your work sometime."
Wanda blushed slightly. "Maybe. It's been a while, though."
"Well, maybe we can start again together," Aurora suggested. "I'm not much of an artist, but I'd love to learn."
Wanda's smile widened. "I'd like that."
They continued exploring the gallery, discussing their favorite pieces and sharing their thoughts on the various artworks. By the time they left, Wanda felt inspired and excited to pick up a paintbrush again.
Later that evening, they opted for a quiet night in. Wanda suggested they cook dinner together, and Aurora eagerly agreed. They chose a simple pasta dish, working side by side in the kitchen.
"You're a natural," Wanda commented as Aurora expertly chopped vegetables.
Aurora shrugged modestly. "I've had a lot of practice. But it's more fun doing it with you."
Wanda's heart swelled with affection. "I feel the same way."
After dinner, they curled up on the couch with a bottle of wine, enjoying the comfortable silence between them. Wanda rested her head on Aurora's shoulder, feeling a sense of rightness in the moment.
"Can I ask you something?" Wanda said softly, breaking the silence.
"Of course," Aurora replied, her fingers gently stroking Wanda's hair.
Wanda hesitated for a moment, then looked up at Aurora. "Do you ever think about the future? About us?"
Aurora's expression softened, her eyes filled with warmth. "Well, a few days back if you had asked the same question, I don't think I could have answered. But now, I feel positive ,I see a future where we're happy, where we continue to build a life together and move on from the disasters that ruined our lives and now me not having magic anymore makes things easier...(She paused)What about you?"
Wanda nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "I do too. I think about all the things we could do, the places we could go. It makes me happy."
Aurora leaned down to kiss Wanda, the gesture full of love and promise. "Then let's make it happen, one day at a time."
Wanda's smile widened, and she snuggled closer to Aurora, feeling a deep sense of contentment. "One day at a time," she echoed.
As they sat there, wrapped in each other's arms, Wanda realized that she had found something truly special with Aurora. It wasn't just about the shared moments of passion or the deep conversations; it was about the way they made each other feel whole, the way they complemented each other in every way.
