Chapter 12 Ash vs Daisy

Once samuari was given the water badge he placed it in his bag with the boulder badge, only for lily to comment on why samuari doesn't have a case for his badges.

In the end lily gives the 2 trainers 2 cases for their badge which they thank lily while daisy was preparing the battle field for ash's match. Ash remarks.

"You know samuari if i had a poke dollar for each time you got a badge because of a draw I'd have 2 pokedollers, strange it happened 2 times in a row".

Samauri announces "that will be the last draw I will get from a gym leader, and that's on my honour".

Ash replies "you don't have be take it so serious I was just joking".

Approaching te battle field daisy was there stretching.

"You ready Ash" once Ash had nodded she continued "this match will consist of 2 pokemon and the same conditions as violets match okay".

"Yep, we've got this frosmoth" Ash looked at frosmoth, he saw him have a great admiration towards her.

"Frosmoth" Ash stated quite bluntly that frosmoth turned to ash "are you gonna fight" he asked not actually knowing where his pokemon loyalty had lied.

Frosmoth suddenly became serious the red colour on his cheeks had disappeared as he flew in hovering above the battle field. Daisy thinks for a second before taking out a kabutops just like the one her sister has, the kabutops swam into the water as the match began. Kabutops reacted first doing the same strategy as the pervious kabutops, the increased speed managed to be able tag frosmoth while flying. Frosmoth using powder snow had thrown a powder snow in order to freeze the kabutops and slow down its movement but he changed in mid air. The level of control that this kabutops had was much more using aqua jet but the speed was a bit lower, the powder snow had instead hit in the water making small amounts of ice the sisters cringing that they'll have to replace the water. Kabutops was to fast for frosmoth like durant frosmoth couldn't tag him, and with daisy seeing violets battle he won't be able to use the same strategy that he pointed out for samuari. Ash had forgotten that ice type moves weren't so effective against water types he ordered frosmoth to do it, when samauri was about to tell Ash the effectiveness lily had stopped it not wanting samauri to interfere with ash battle like Ash had done for his.

Although Ash may not have remembered how pokemon typing he did notice the ice forming into the pool due to frosmoth attacks, smiling he orders frosmoth plunge himself into the water and use icy wind. Daisy wanting to prevent frosmoth from doing knowing what Ash was about to do kabutops had rapidly speed up to frosmoth and tried to attack the pokemon with a night slash. The kabutops created a dark energy around his claws slashing into frosmoth, it made contact and the damage alone almost put frosmoth in an unconscious state however frosmoth continued to fight on. This had though stopped the icy wind when kabutops was about to quickly swim away he realized that when he made contact with frosmoth his scales were ice cold. Wanting to freeze kabutops, frosmoth used the most powerful powder snow at kabutops, since they were in the water kabutops had stuck to frosmoth since his scales were so cold. The powder wrapped around kabutops body placing him under the frozen condition, being frozen in place frosmoth had shaken the pokemon off him using icy wind.

The icy wind, since it was an ice attack kabutops barely took damage but the water around them had frozen over, frosmoth had gotten out of the water before it turned into complete ice from where they were. By the time kabutops had broken out of the frozen condition frosmoth had continued to do powder snow transforming the entire surface into ice. Kabutops although was a water type could only hold his breathe for less than 1 hour, and since he was frozen and doing exercise before and during holding his breathe that had decreased. The ice was thick but not that thick to cause much damage to his tough skin but kabutops couldn't see even a faint image from where he was, kabutops had launched himself out of the surface not even thinking about going from another direction where the ice was less beefy. Frosmoth when he saw had shot a fairy wind, being slowed down by the ice the fairy wind hit the kabutops right in the shoulder making him go unbalanced. Attempting use more fairy winds at kabutops who had dodged and dodged out of the way using aqua jets to avoid being hit recovering from the fairy wind, using aqua jet he shoot himself to where frosmoth was as frosmoth used powder snow to cause kabutops to move away from him, it did work as kabutops narrowly misses colliding into frosmoth.
