A Game Of Love & Flames (Minsung)

Chapter 13

HYUNJIN

Distracted. That's what I am. How can I keep my focus when someone so beautiful and perfect sits across the table from me? I could feel his eyes on me, in the rear view mirror when we were on the way here. Stealing glances when he thought I wasn't looking. This is not what I'd imagine happening when I'd stumbled across him on the roof.

The first thing I clocked was that he was laying there, long blonde hair tied half up half down, flat on his tummy, leg bent up at a 90-degree angle. Which gave me a perfect view of his behind. Before I even got within a few steps of him, he was pointing his gun at me. Though.. I was pointing mine at him. When he had turned to look at me, the stern look in his eyes.. his beautiful skin complexion. Freckles litter his cheeks, which, in my opinion, is the most precious thing I've ever seen. Don't even get me started on his lips, I was distracted then. Here I am today, still distracted.

I like playing this game of ours we seem to have going on. He gets all sassy and acts repulsed by me. When in reality, I know I saw him blush when I was stood above him gun to his head. How I wish I could see him beneath me like that again. Perhaps us working together will be my way in.. maybe just maybe.. I can break down those walls he seems to have built so high. I have to try, I fear I may go insane if I don't.

We are all now sitting in the meeting room, waiting for Minho to make his big boss entrance. If there's anything about our Minho, he loves to make an entrance.

Minho walks into the room, holding a coffee, and slaps the files on the table, gathering everyone's attention.

"Right, now that we are all here and settled. I believe some introductions are in order. My name is Lee Minho, I am the leader of Stray Kids, the sub group of the Blood Roses. These are my members, Hyunjin, Chan, and Changbin" He says, pointing to us individually.

The group across from us gives us all nods and waves of acknowledgement. Jisung stands and begins to introduce his group.

"Hi, my name is Han Jisung, we don't have a group name in all honesty. We are just 4 friends seeking justice and revenge for the people who wronged us. This is Felix, Seungmin, and Jeongin."

"What are your job roles?" Chan asks.

"I am in charge of hacking and security, anything computer related, really" Seungmin responds.

"I'm the getaway driver" Jeongin smiles.

"And you? What are you good at?" Minho turns to ask Jisung.

"Would you like to find out?" He says with a smirk.

"Perhaps I would, princess" Minho responds, leaning his palms on the table.

Oh boy, here we go. The tension in this room right now is palpable.

I clear my throat to interrupt the intense stare down they are currently partaking in.

"The plan boss?" I say raising my eyebrows at him and smirking.

He clears his throat shortly after. "Ah yes, the plan. So as you now all know I need you for one of my missions. In return I will help Jisung with the answers he is looking for"

"That's it? No ulterior motive?" Jeongin asks eyeing him suspiciously.

"I understand your hesitation, it's not everyday someone from a mafia group comes and asks for assistance in a mission. But I can assure you, you have my word, that's all I request of you" Minho says in the most reassuring voice he can muster.

"So what do we have to do?" Felix asks.

"Well.. im sure Jisung has informed you of the location. Its a night club, there has been some people in there who think they can steal from me. Unfortunately, I am unable to go in there guns blazing as my father's got security there watching over and if word gets back to him I've... roughed up one of the people who work there, he will not be best pleased. Its my club to run and he will get involved like he always does." He says almost letting that stern mask slip.

"Right... but how is your father being controlling our problem?" Seungmin asks.

"It isn't your problem. I would handle this myself, but unfortunately, we don't have the look required for this mission" He responds.

"And what look is that Minho?" Felix says anger evident.

"You all have smaller frames and feminine features giving a certain vibe" He says.

"What vibe is that? Say it. I dare you." Felix begins to stand.

He looks furious. I almost want to step in and ask him to sit down. Daring Minho is something no one should do. But before I can speak, Jisung stands once again and pushes him to sit back down in his chair.

"That's enough, Felix." He says to his friend, immediately diffusing the little ticking time bomb next to him. "Minho, as you can imagine, your assumptions are quite insulting to me and my friends, regardless if they are true or untrue. They were not best pleased when they found out that you had me kidnapped, just to interrogate me and then say we give off "Bottom vibes" so they are a little pissed, understandably so. However, that is all in the past now. We did all agree to come here and offer our assistance. So please, Minho, continue with the plan" Jisung sits once again.

Minho looks almost as if he is admiring Jisung but begins once again. "As I was saying, we only need two of you. So I would suggest you and Felix" He says, pointing to Jisung and Felix.

"What about us?" Seungmin asks.

"As you are better with computers and security, I'd like you working closely with Chan to observe everything." He responds.

Chan nods and looks to Seungmin and smiles softly. Seungmin nods back, blush tinting his cheeks.

"Jeongin, you can be our driver. Normally, it would be Changbin or Hyunjin, but I want you to be in charge of that, okay?" Minho asks the youngest.

"Of course, I can do that!" He says excitedly.

"Now, Jisung, Felix. How do you feel about cross dressing?" Minho smirks.

Oh good god, this is not going to end well at all. Minho, I hope you know what you're doing.
