The next morning Eliza was up bright and early, she started a FaceTime call with Nat and Mikey and they both answered rather quickly.

"girl tell us everything." was the first thing Nat said as soon as the call connected.

Eliza had a huge smile on her face, "Oh my god you guys last night was literally perfect... he picked me up at 7 and then took me to Bocca di Lupo."

Mikey gave her a look, "so he took you to your favorite Italian restaurant in London for your first date?"

"Yeah and I mentioned it one time during one of our talks but he remembered what my favorite wine was... so he took me to one of my favorite restaurants and ordered us a bottle of my favorite wine."

"damn Eliza."

The girl squealed quietly "I know! And then we just talked, throughout dinner, no awkward silence or anything, the conversation just flowed almost continuously, we just talked about random shit too."

Nat smiled at her, "So was the photo your idea then? I looked up his Instagram to see if he had posted one as well after I saw yours."

Eliza grinned again, "No actually, he was trying to be discreet with taking it but wasn't discreet enough since I noticed but I asked if I could see the picture and he showed me and I added the text to it, and then he posted it, I didn't want to make it obvious that we were out together, so I waited a bit to post my picture."

Mikey whistled "damn girl Nat is right this man is so boyfriend material... like when was the last time you had a date post you like that without you initiating it?"

Eliza thought about it for a moment, "I honestly don't think it's ever happened, I've also been the one to start it..."

"so what happened next?" the other girl was curious wanting to know more about the date.

"so after dinner, we left the restaurant and went back to his car, and he opened the doors for me all night and he had his hand on the middle console and I think he was contemplating if he should grab my hand or not, but I wanted to hold his hand so I decided to decide for him and grabbed his hand, and was feeling a little bold with how well things were going so I put his hand on my thigh and then held it and that was when I took the picture I posted to my story... so we're in the car and I looked at him and suggested we get ice cream before we headed back, so we stopped and got ice cream."

Mikey was grinning at her, "It must have gone well because you're so giddy right now just talking about it."

She couldn't help but grin at him, as she continued gushing about the date, "It did, it went so well and then we got back to my place, he walked me to the door and we talked for a few minutes standing at my front door..." they both saw the beaming smile that slipped onto her face before she said the next part, letting them know that this was going to be good, "and then he brushed a piece of hair from my face and he looked me straight in my eyes and then asked if he could kiss me, so obviously I consented to that and he kissed me and it was like literally the perfect first kiss, so after that, I invited him in because I promised him I'd play him the song that I wrote about him."

"awh babes, how did he react to the song?" Nat was barely containing her smile at how happy her best friend was right now.

"He was surprised but loved it and asked if he was going to have any more songs written about him and I said maybe I guess we will just have to see and then we just talked for another half hour before he decided to head back to his hotel but he asked me to grab breakfast with him this morning, he's picking me up at 9 and I'm taking him to the cafe I took you guys too when you were here, then he kissed me again and said goodnight before he left... guys I'm trouble here if things keep going as well as they are, I could see myself falling for him."
