"He's innocent, I swear! It wasn't him. It was that dirty scumbag Peter, Peter Pettigrew! He's tricked you all. You have to listen to me, please. I'm not lying! I know things you'll never know. I'm telling you, I was his wife!"

"I'm sorry Madam, but there are no records of marriage anywhere. This man is dangerous, I would recommend going to St.Mungo's, you seem to be deluded."

"I am not deluded! Why can't you see that he is innocent? It was Pettigrew!!" The woman had started screaming.

"Miss, I'm taking you to the hospital. Peter Pettigrew is DEAD. Blown apart by a mad man."

"You won't take my anywhere!"

*Flash forward an hour*

"He's innocent. He's innocent. He's innocent. He's innocent. He's innocent. He's innocent. He's innocent. And you, will never stop loving him."

The scene shifted, the woman disappeared. All around me was darkness, and the faint sounds of people whispering. The voices stopped and footsteps came towards me. Suddenly there was green light everywhere, and more pain than anything I've ever felt before. Then, as quickly as it started, it stops. There's a bang, a bang so loud it's deafening, footsteps coming fast, white light - the brightest I've ever seen. Too many things are happening at once. I don't know what this is, I've never seen this before. Hands reach towards me, lift me up and tell me I'm safe. I'm safe now. It's over.

-

I woke up to a splitting headache. Groaning, I placed my hand on my forehead and looked around. The pain in my head faded as I sat up, realizing I was in the hospital wing. I could hear muffled voices nearby. Unsure of who it was, I called out. My voice was quieter than normal, but someone had heard it.

"Miranda!" Someone yelled, running to the side of my bed. It was Ginny, Daniel right by her side.

"Thank God, you woke up!" Daniel said with a sigh of relief.

"Dementors can't keep me down," I said with a slight smile, that quickly faded. "Harry." I whispered before trying to escape from my bed, causing Daniel and Ginny to grab my arms and hold me down.

"Is he okay?" I asked urgently.

"He will be fine, but you don't need to worry about him right now." Madam Pomfrey said, suddenly appearing at the foot of my bed. "Eat this." She handed me a slab of chocolate. I nibbled at the corner, worrying about Harry.

"Come on now, Miss Black, you need to eat that." Madam Pomfrey ordered, before walking away. I  sighed, and took a few big bites of the chocolate, continuing until it was just a couple of crumbs on my hand.

"That was yum." I said plainly, earning a small laugh from Ginny. "Is Harry okay?"

"Well as Madam Pomfrey said, he'll be fine. Dumbledore's spell managed to save his life. But his broomstick...er...sorta hit that big moving tree. The Whomping Willow, you know?" Daniel paused, and I nodded. "So, um, his broom's a bit...damaged."

"Aha." I said slowly, nodding. Madam Pomfrey came in once more to check I'd eaten my chocolate. This was my chance to see Harry.

"Madam Pomfrey, may I please see Harry?" I asked, as politely as possible.

"No. You need rest."

"But -"

"No buts!"

"Please? He's like my brother!" I pleaded, "I feel fine." Madam Pomfrey sighed.
