I hope I got all your details correct. You said that she wore a bodysuit and a pistol, so I kind of looked them both up and used the first pictures I found as references😅.
You also said that she was given the powers of a ghost. I didn't really know how to portray that, so I went with a design somewhere along the lines of Danny Phantom (which I've started to get into recently).
