✩Chapter 19✩

You walked right up to Roxanne's doorstep with a box of sugar cookies.
She had invited you over to spend Christmas together. She also told you that her band was going to be here, that includes Monty. which is great because this is a chance to get some information from him about the star and he can reveal it to you. As Eclipse has ordered you.

Also, to get in the Christmas mood, you wore a nice-warm ugly sweater with some jeans.
"Geez, it's cold out here." You said. Then, you knocked on door. It opened to reveal Roxy with a greeted smile.

"Y/n." She then turned around.
"Guys, Y/n is here!" She announced, then gestures for you to come inside.

When you stepped inside, you could smell the scent of chocolate and pinecones. A big Christmas tree was in the house's living. There were also a fire place, that kept the place warm.

"Just place those in the kitchen." Roxy said.

You walked over and placed it on the table.
When you walked back in the living, the crew looked at you.
"Y/n, how's it going?" Chica said.

"Hey Chica." You said.
Then he felt a pair of arms wrap around you into an embrace. You turned around to see it was Freddy.

"Hi superstar." He said.

Monty then came over to you with the grin.
"It's good to see you, kid."
He put his palm up for you to give him half five which you did.

You then got all settled in. You serve yourself some hot chocolate in a few of your cookies with other pastries.
As you ate and drank, you shook your legs up and down, waiting for a perfect moment to talk with the Monty. You see him sitting across from you on another couch.

Once you saw the others go into the kitchen, you took your chance to go sit on the other couch next to Monty.

"Oh hey." He said.

"Hi." you clear up your throat.
"Uh...how are the cookies." you glanced at his plate.

"They're really good." He said, taking one and putting it in his mouth. You smiled for a moment at him before came to realization.
"Wait, you guys are animatronics. How can you eat if you don't need to?"

Monty put the cookie down his plate after taking a bite.
"Sorry that was random." you apologized.
"Nah, nah, it's alright. Um, well, yeah we technically don't eat or at least don't have to, but it's nice to just, you know, have food, specially on holidays like this."

You nodded in agreement.
"Hey um, I know this has already been pass, and it does not concern me at all...but, you know the whole incident with Eclipse chipping Roxanne?"
"Mmh." Monty nodded.
"Why did he do that?"

Monty shrugged.
"I dunno, he probably wanted to mess with Sun for his own enjoyment."
He took another bite of his cookie.
"But his main goal was to get this...star."
You perked.
"Star?"
"Yep, it's capable of resetting the universe and you get to make it into whatever you want. Moon is the one that created it."

"Interesting." You said. You've done all of your studies, but never heard of this star. It never mentioned it. How can you create something that's out of magic?
But it hit you. You remembered a part from your studies that a wellspring of magic can produce an object.

"The star is another object from part of the magic. Because I've learned that a spring of it from every decade can turn to a strange object."
You explained.
"Glad that it's hidden well, because knowing Eclipse, it can end badly."

"Yeah. and you with the magic, of course you would already figure it that out."
He put his plate down, after finishing it.

"Yeah, i've learned through my lessons throughout the years." You said.
