Aizawa glanced back at his boys who were both napping in the early morning light. The drive to the beach was longer than he'd hoped, so he had chosen to get them out the door early. Izuku was snuggled with his knew travel bunny, Snowflake, and his favorite blanket that he shared with Hitoshi who occasionally chewed on his favorite ring even in his sleep.
"They're going to be so excited," Yamada beamed quietly. "I don't think either has ever been to the ocean."
"I doubt it," Aizawa agreed. "The others meeting us there?"
"The ones who didn't have work, yeah," Yamada agreed. "Tensei said he'd also see if their friends from school wanted to join. I know Ekko and her pack were sad they couldn't, but they've got that summer work study Inui got them with his old agency."
"The boys will see them at some point this summer, so I'm not too worried," Aizawa said. "I just want them to enjoy their childhood, especially after how well they've been doing at school."
"Top of their class, except for Izuku," Yamada smiled. "Seems he, Tensei's brother, and Yaoyorozu battle it out for the top three with each test."
"Leave it to our boy to take competition into the academics," Aizawa snickered, enjoying the peace of what could only be called a normal life. While they both still had hero patrols, and Yamada had his radio show, they didn't have any responsibilities at UA just like their boys didn't have any school responsibilities. For the first time, since high school at least, the two men had plans to spend time with their family and pack over the course of the summer.

Just as the sun was nearly fully risen, the men pulled into the beach side parking lot. They could see Nemuri setting up a tentlike structure with Power Loader- neither of which had any support item or hero costume on at all. All three were Katsuki stood, staring at the water, with an inflatable ring around his waist.
Yamada smiled and turned, reaching out to gently touching each boy's leg. "Boys," he called softly.
Izuku made an unhappy noise and turned over onto his side, pulling the blanket over his head. Hitoshi stretched and yawned.
"What's up, papa?" the boy muttered. As his eyes took in what he could see through the windows, he sat up with awe and delight in his eyes. "No way!"
Aizawa smiled. "Way. Think you can get your brother up?"
Hitoshi turned and grabbed Izuku's leg, tugging on it gently. "Zuku! Get up! We're at the beach! The real beach!"
Izuku sat up, blinking. HIs headful of curls went in every direction, and he looked disoriented. He held Snowflake close, trying to make sense of everything. After a few moments, he seemed to actually realize what was going on and he just stared out the windows.
"We got you guys swimsuits," Aizawa said as he let the excitement build. "Water toys, floaties so you're safe when you get in the water."
"Plus, Auntie Nem and Uncle Gari are down there setting up with Katsuki," Yamada added.
That seemed to light the flame and both boys were struggling to get their seatbelts off, eager to get down into a new place and new experiences. Yamada got out of the car and helped both boys get free, stepping back to let them race down to the water's edge where Katsuki still was. The blond watched the boys greet each other, all three staying near the water, but far away at the same time.
"They're so excited," Yamada grinned as he waved back to Nemuri.
"And terrified," Aizawa observed as he watched Izuku keep further back than the other two.
