Alright my dear readers,

First of all I am so glad that you have decided to give this fanfiction a try! I am very thrilled to have you aboard!

As some of you may know this is technically the second part to »Sex Scandal« the Charles Leclerc fanfic.
If you haven't read it and don't plan to, don't worry! This one is about Max Verstappen, featuring another one of my original characters!

Okay, some clarifications to:

...This fanfic is going to be quite different I think. Charles and Kyra had some angst and some longing, but they became a couple pretty quickly. They (almost) always got along well and were friends pretty much from the start.
It won't be like this here and it will be a lot heavier (at least that's how I'm planning it to be).

... Alright guys, I'm going to try and explain things you missed or don't know because you haven't read the first fanfic as well as possible. There might still be some questions or holes of information, please don't hesitate to ask in the comments! I usually respond to everyone.

What to expect from this fanfiction:

• slowburn (hopefully I'm still practicing)

• she fell first but he fell harder

• Max won't be very nice all the time, especially at the beginning

• Some heavy topics & mature themes (TW's will be given at the start of every chapter, but if u can't handle things self-harm, abusive parental figures, depression, suicidal tendencies etc. you might want to skip this one altogether)

• oh and kinda grumpyxsunshine vibes!

• this fanfic is focused on the characters and their relationship NOT SMUT! (There will be smut here and there, but it's not the main focus)

The characters...

Guys, please separate the characters in this fanfiction from the people in real life! Whatever I'm writing them do or say in here does not apply to the actual people!

(Especially Christian Horner! I hope you are aware of this man's latest actions, if not please make yourself aware!! He will still be in this fic and I will make him a GOOD FUCKING PERSON. Call it wishful thinking or something. Plus I can make him a good man and non pervert here, because it's FICTION!)

Now, Lucy will sound a LOT like y/n in the beginning. Yes, I AM AWARE of the situation... Anyways, please give her a chance, she's not a pick me or anything. Homegirl just needs to learn how to love herself and all that. You'll see. But istg she's not y/n or a pick-me! She's a girls girl. A humans human.

Whatever.
