Look in the eyes (Sandro Marcos)

Sandro's pov:

"Hinuli sa abandonadong bahay si vice president Anton Gonzales dahil sa pagkidnap at pagtangkang pagpatay sa anak at sa pamilya ng Presidente na si BongBong Marcos. Ngayon ay iniimbistigahan na ang vice president sa senado. Napag-alaman na nakipag tulungan ito sa isang mafia para patayin ang pamilya ng Presidente."

"Napag-alaman din na ang vice president ang may kagagawan sa lahat ng pagtatangka sa buhay ng pamilya Marcos. Nalaman din na siya ang naglalabas pasok ng mga pinagbabawal na droga at mga illegal na baril sa bansa. Kinukumpiska na lahat ng mga papeles sa kaniyang opisina para alamin ang ibang krimen. Sa ngayon ay hindi pa nagbibigay ng statement ang vice president at ang kaniyang attorney"

Pinanuod namin ang balita tungkol kay Anton. I want him to be in jail. How dare him to do this to us?

Nandito parin kami sa hospital, marami kaming sugat ni Simon but we will discharge na raw mamaya.

Iyak parin ng iyak si mom hanggang ngayon. I look at the other bed besides me. I want to kill that Anton, I can bear the pain I feel but Simon.... He's so weak right now.

Hindi parin nagigising si Simon hanggang ngayon. The doctor said that Simon received more kicks and punches, so his body is weaker pero ang sabi naman ay magigising na rin naman daw siya kapag nakarecover na yung katawan niya.

It's been two days seen it happens and hindi parin siya nagigising. It's been two days pero I didn't saw Natalia. Nung dalhin niya kami dito sa hospital, nagstay lang sila saglit hanggang sa dumating sila Mom then umalis sila ni Felix.

I'm sad that she didn't come to visit me. Ang sabi naman nila Dad, naging busy daw sa mansion dahil sa nangyari kaya hindi nakakapunta ng madalas ang mga Cardova. Tumingin ako sa sofa kung nasaan si Mina, kung naging busy sila bakit nandito siya?

Bakit hindi nalang si Natalia ang nandito?

Pumasok yung doctor na naka assign sa amin and sinabi na pwede na akong madischarge pero si Simon dahil hindi pa siya nagigising ay kailangan niya munang manatili sa hospital para tignan na rin ang condition and gumawa sila ng mga test sa kaniya.

Umuwi kami ni mom, auntie Irene and Mina sa mansion ng mga Cardova.

"Welcome back, sorry at hindi kami masiyadong nakakadalaw sa hospital. How's your health, Sandro?" Tita Minerva said and she beso to us.

"I'm good na po, Tita." I said and smile.

"That's good, tara naghihintay na sila" Tita Minerva said and she guide us to the living area.

There... I saw Lolo Rigo, maayos na rin ang kalagayan niya. Where's Natalia? I asked but I voice it out loud, tumingin sila sa akin and Lolo Rigo smile.

"Don't worry, nasa paligid lang siya" si Tita Minerva yung sumagot and she smile. Naupo kami and we talk a lot with Lolo Rigo.

I excuse myself and sinabi na pupunta sa garden and they nod naman. Naglalakad ako papuntang garden when I bump with someone that I don't want to see. Felix.

"Hey, you're back. How's your body?" He asked me. Iiwasan ko sana siya but it's rude naman.

"I'm fine...maayos na naman ako" I said and smile a little. Aalis na sana ako nung nagsalita siya at sinabi na kung we can talk each other. Pumawag naman ako and we're, standing and looking at the view.

"You know....." I look at him pero nakatingin lang siya sa view. Tumingin nalang din ako at hinintay kung ano yung sasabihin niya.

"Natalia is a spoiled brat. HAHAHA naaalala ko pa nun, she wanted to take care of a lion but the master wouldn't let her pero dahil makulit siya nagkaroon parin siya ng alagang lion. She will do everything to have what she wants...gagawin niya talaga lahat kahit na nakakasakit na siya."

"I've had a big crush on Natalia since we were kids and I'm so happy nung malaman ko na ineexpect nila kaming dalawa na mamuno sa empire na to. I found out that Natalia likes me kaya gumawa na ako ng paraan to be with her...pero nung gumagawa na ako ng paraan to have her, my dad traitor her family."

"Nagalit ako kay dad because why he needs to do that. Naging kami ni Natalia but in secret way. I want to shout that she's my girlfriend but I can't dahil mapapahamak siya. They found out about us kaya pinaghiwalay kami, they send me to Korea while they send Natalia to UK. Gusto kong pumunta kay Natalia that time but I know hindi ako makakalapit sa kaniya."

After niyang sabihin yun humarap siya sa akin so look at him too. Hinawakan niya ako sa balikat.

"I know you like Natalia. I can see it. I'm not here to get her and be with her dahil alam ko na may taong darating para sa kaniya and I know ikaw yun. It's hurt for me to see the girl that I want to fall to other guy pero alam naman na deserve niya lang taong yun. Please... please Sandro... Take good care of her. Gawin mo yung mga bagay na hindi ko nagawa sa kaniya, higitan mo yung mga bagay na nagawa ko sa kaniya. Please, don't be afraid to fight for her. Please, love her. I know Natalia like you too, so please love each other and make her happy"

He said and I can see na pinipigilan niya yung sarili niya na wag umiyak. I pat my shoulder and smile at me. He left me there and I don't know what to do.

Kahit na medyo masakit pa yung mga sugat ko, I run until nandito na ako sa field. Naglakad ako at pumunta sa cottage na pinuntahan namin.

There...I saw her. Nakaupo siya at nakatingin sa view. Naglakad ako at lumapit sa kaniya. Tumingin siya sa akin and she smile. She gesture na maupo ako kaya naupo ako sa tabi niya.

"Kailan pa kayo dumating?" She cut the silence for both of us.

"Kanina lang..." I said.

"Sandro..." She call my name kaya tumingin ako sa kaniya. She's not looking at me, she's looking at the view.

"Since I was a child, they have always said that I will be the next ruler of this empire. At first, I'm happy kasi nakukuha at binibigay nila lahat sa akin. Pero habang tumatagal, I realize na ang lungkot pala ng buhay ko kahit nandiyan yung mga tao at bagay na mahalaga sa akin"

"When Felix came to my life....nagbago lahat...that's all I can say is that I'm happy. I'm happy when I'm with Felix. I can do everything I want when I'm with Felix. Pero bumalik na naman ako sa malungkot na buhay ko nung pinaghiwalay kami. I want to be mad at my grandfather but I can't because I know he's doing it for me."

"When Felix came back again...hindi ko alam kung ano ang gagawin ko. Bigla akong naguluhan sa nararamdaman ko. It was even more confusing when you admitted to me that you like me. I don't know what to do that time. Simula nung nagconfess ka...nagbago lahat...I thought I still like Felix but it turn out na hindi ko na pala siya gusto."

"I want to be happy again. I want to be myself again. I know, I can't be myself now when I'm with Felix. I will admit that I'm happy when you tell me that you like me. I want to open my heart again, to love again. I like you, Sandro. I don't know when this feeling started but I'm liking it. I'm liking it that I'm liking you."

She's crying now and I can feel that some liquid are running to my face now. She...she likes me too.

I hug her and she cried more. It overwhelming here in my heart. The girl that like, likes me too.

I look at her and I can't resist now so I close our gap. Our lips start to touch and I close it now. Now we're kissing with so much love. We deepened the kiss and she hold my hair while we're kissing.

"Huy kuya! Dahan dahan lang!" We part our lips when we heard someone shout. We looked and we saw my parents and sila Lolo Rigo.

"Anak, kasal muna bago mo kami bigyan ng apo!" Dad shouted and he laughed with Lolo Rigo.

Marami pa silang sinabi. Nakakahiya, I look at Natalia who's smiling. We look at each other eyes and we laugh. I'm so happy to have her. I will make sure that she will be more happy when she's with me.
