Have a sticky note or notepad that you can use to write down prayer requests for people. If you are more of an electronic person, create a page where you can write down those prayer requests. Sometimes, I forget to pray for people, but I tried writing their names down on a sticky note that I put on my bedside table so I could pray over them before going to sleep. It can be a notepad that you keep open and jot down various prayer requests, or it can be a notification on your phone remaining you to pray for someone.
