CHAPTER 34

The morning of June 1, 2026, arrived with a gentle warmth, much like the day Jude proposed. Sunlight streamed through the curtains of their bedroom, casting a golden hue across the room. Crystal woke up first, her heart fluttering with excitement. She turned to Jude, who was still sleeping peacefully beside her. Leaning over, she kissed his forehead gently, rousing him from his slumber.

"Good morning, my husband-to-be," Crystal whispered, her voice filled with love and anticipation.

Jude opened his eyes, a soft smile spreading across his face. "Good morning, my love. Can you believe today is finally here?"

Crystal shook her head, a mix of emotions welling up inside her. "I'm still floating from the journey we've had to get here."

Jude pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her. "Me too," he murmured, pressing a kiss to her temple. "But today, it's all about us."

After a leisurely breakfast at their home, surrounded by family and close friends who had arrived early to share in their special day, Jude and Crystal prepared for the ceremony. Crystal's mom, Susannah, helped her into her stunning lace gown, while Jude shared a moment with his groomsmen, including his brother Jobe and Crystal's brother Trent, who had become like family to him.

The ceremony took place in a picturesque garden, adorned with flowers and fairy lights that twinkled in the daylight. As Crystal walked down the aisle, escorted by her brother ,Trent,Jude couldn't take his eyes off her. She was breathtaking, radiating joy and beauty. Their vows were heartfelt and sincere, filled with promises of love, support, and laughter.

During the exchange of rings, Jude gently slipped a new ring onto Crystal's finger, a symbol of their enduring commitment. Crystal looked into Jude's eyes, her voice steady yet filled with emotion. "Jude, you are my best friend, my confidant, and my greatest love. With this ring, I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in all your dreams, and to cherish every moment we share together."

As they exchanged their vows, their love enveloped everyone present, creating an atmosphere of profound happiness and celebration.

Before the ceremony, Jude and Crystal had written letters to each other, to be read aloud during the ceremony as a testament to their love and commitment.

Jude teared a lil,seeing Denies in tears.
