Part 48

Jude's pov

It's been quite a bit and through my recovery I was shooting a lot for some brands and stuff and now and today we were getting out scan to see the gender of the baby's and my mum and Kim were being sent the gender and they were going to plan a party for us and I was excited but very impatient they had set up everything other than the confetti cannon and the ball they would have the colour in it we wanted to do it in the same week

Aria has had a lot of new cravings and I got them for her no matter what as this is how I can help her whilst she does the hard stuff besides they all seemed alright to eat arias stomach had also gotten way bigger and we are going to announce that we are pregnant soon as it's getting harder to hide and it's getting closer to summer

Aria was fast asleep on my chest and it was 8.30 in the morning and our ultrasound is at 10.30 so we have time it's getting harder for aria to sleep as her stomach is getting bigger but I can always get her to sleep if she's on my chest and I run my hands along her back as she's on her side so it's easier to fall asleep

30 minutes later I felt aria begin to wake up I kissed her head and she gave me a tired smile "morning baby" she said is a raspy morning voice "morning love how did you sleep" I asked as she layed back down on me "better tonight only woke up once last night" she said as I smiled

We sat in bed for another few minutes before we got up showered and got changed for our ultrasound when I finished changing I saw ari still deciding what to wear "what's up love" I said as I wrapped my arms around her bump tracing my fingers along it "I can't wear any of my clothes because I'm getting fat" she said as she began to cry

"Baby look at me you can't fit in it because your growing a healthy baby in there and whenever your stomach gets bigger our little baby is growing and developing I don't like when you talk about yourself like that your gorgeous and no matter what I still love you" I said kissing her neck as she relaxed "and how about after today we can order some of them maternity clothes yeah" I questioned as she smiled and turned around to hug me tightly "thank you babe you always know what to say" she whispered

Aria was in a skims tight fit shirt and a pair of my joggers as it fit better with her bump it made me sad when she talked about how she thought she was fat or ugly because if she could see how everyone else sees her she wouldn't think that ever but I will always be here to tell her

When we arrived I also had my mum with us today we got to go straight in and aria had to sit on the bed and they began to apply the gel "okay guys todays the day do you guys want the gender" Lilly asked us "yeah can we have it in an envelope so we can give it to my mum" I asked as she nodded smiling when she began using the tool in aria stomach you could hear the heart beat and the baby it was a lot bigger and you could see features they began to do the thing where you can see their face clearly on the screen it was so crazy we were having a baby

"Aww look j they have your nose" aria said excitedly as she squeezed my hand and I smiled wide and my mum had tears in her eyes "aw my grand baby is beautiful" she said as I smiled and quickly gave her hand a squeeze too before I went back to the screen

"Okay guys I'm going to get the gender in the envelope and I will be back" lily said as she walked out I helped aria sit up and pulled her joggers up a bit lily came in and handed my mum the envelope and we booked in another appointment before we left

When we came home my mum was straight in the room looking at the reveal on the phone to Kim and they were making calls to arrange the last bits today was Wednesday and we had the party with everyone on Saturday and I was so excited me and aria said we both think it's a boy because the other day we did those tests and they said boy and Kylie gave us her famous test to see if it was a boy or girl

Me and aria are sat together doing online shopping for her maternity clothes so she has more to wear as well as my clothes obviously. If I had it my way she could wear mine all the time but when she has to go out or go to meetings she needs something more appropriate for her and we had gossip girl in the back and I actually enjoyed watching it

It was now 4pm and aria was having a nap on my lap right now and I was so comfortable and I didn't want this moment to end whenever I'm with her I'm at peace especially in this moment I felt her eyelashes and slow breaths on my neck I had one hand in her hair and one on her back rubbing it softly as I heard my mum come downstairs "hi sweethearts I wanted to tell you both tha-" "oh sorry I will be quieter I didn't realise she was sleeping" my mum said as she entered the living room hand over her mother as I smiled at my mum "it's fine mum you know she's a deep sleeper" I chuckled a bit as I rubbed my hand that was in her hair as sits moved a bit and pulled the blanket over her body to keep her warm as my mum smiled at us gently

"I was going to tell you both everything is prepared for the gender reveal on Saturday but you guys won't be able to be in the garden or kitchen once we start to set up" my mum said as I nodded and my mum began to prepare for dinner as she insisted on doing dinner for us and give aria a break which I knew aria would be grateful for I continued to watch a show as I wanted to continue gossip girl with ari

It was now 5.30 and ari woke up her grip a bit tighter on me as I rubbed her back and kissed her head before she lifted her head up "mhmm" she said her forehead on my shoulder as I smiled at  her "what time is it" she said "half five" I said as her head shot up eyes wide " you should have woken me up shit I forgot to prep the dinner" she panicked as ari began to stand up before I pulled her back "j what are you doing I need to prep dinner" ari said as I smiled "babe calm down my mum peeped and is cooking dinner she said whilst you slept she insisted on it"I said as turned the tv over to gossip girl I can't lie i was invested

After dinner I went upstairs with aria and we sat together in bed watching gossip girl
