Part 37

Jude's pov

Last night was perfect because we won our last game of the year and we were still at the top of the table

Today was December 21 and we were leaving today to go back to the uk we had a tradition that we would stay at this cabin house it was huge and we had two that connected together so it was a huge house to fit us all in me and aria were at the airport now suitcases checked in and we were going to get some food before we needed to be at the gate

I was so excited to see my family again including arias and I knew she was excited she hadn't seen them in a while and I knew it was hard for her but I don't know what I would have done if she didn't move in with me

It was now 7 am here in Madrid and we would get home at 8am uk time as we were on the plane now getting ready to take off

I wanted to get first class tickets but aria said there wasn't a point as we were only going on here for 2 hours but I agreed in the end because I couldn't say no to her after we took off me and aria began to watch elf it was our favourite Christmas film to watch aria ended up falling asleep on my shoulder so I put my jumper on her to keep her warm aswell as wrapping my arm around her

We soon arrived in the uk me and aria were sitting down waiting for the stairs to be put down so we could get off people were staring at us because they wanted to come over but didn't so me and aria sent them a smile and they seemed happy but it was a bit awkward having the whole plane staring at you I would rather have them coming up to us then staring like I was a zoo animal

We finally got off the plane and I had a message from my mum saying arias gifts were here and in the spare room which made me relaxed knowing everything was sorted I just needed to get the balloons from a shop near the house as they had exactly what I needed

I got me and arias luggage and we held hands and walked out to the cold England air and we walked to the car we had to pick us up and take us to my mums house we had a car with the lights in the roof we sat back and relaxed for the hour long ride to my mums from the airport

We spent the time sleeping until we got there and my mum was outside the house and came up to aria hugging her tight "oh hello my darling how are you" she said to my girlfriend "I'm good d how are you" she said "wonderful now everyone is here" my mum clapped then walked to me giving me a big hug as I kissed her cheek and grabbed a bouquet of flowers I quickly bought for my mum to arrive home with that she was very happy about

We went inside and my mum mentioned that Kaia and Jobe were asleep upstairs as it was 9.15 right now we were sat talking and my mum mentioned us having a nap as we looked tired which was perfect for me to sneak out to get arias balloons and I was picking a pack for Jobe too for Kaia as he dosent have time

Aria and we're on the couch and she feel asleep quickly which left me to go out to grab the stuff and said goodbye to my mum and returned 45 minutes later with 2 packs each of white and pink heart balloons and one 19 balloons and one 16 balloon Kaia had a party a few days ago with her school friends but we were throwing them a family one as she was now family to us and because jobe wanted to surprise Ki like I was with aria on the morning of their birthdays

After hiding the stuff I went out the spare room and saw Jobe and Kaia up and obviously getting ready for the day I didn't see them the first time because I was in a rush to put it all away before aria woke up "hey Ki" I said hugging her and giving Jobe a brother hug before leaving them to get ready and went back down to aria who was on the sofa now awake cuddled up to a blanket making me smile at how cute she was

"Hey baby have a good sleep" I said to her as she looked over at me smiling as she held her arms out for me whilst I went into them wrapping her in a warm hug as my mum came in with 3 teas for us as she joined us on the sofa "how are you two" my mum asked as we sipped on our teas "yeah we're good I think I can speak for us both when we say it's nice to be home in England and back to familiarity" I said making my mum smile "we missed you too I'm just glad you guys can be down here for a bit btw Ki is going to be staying with us till tomorrow morning when her dad and Jadon picks her up to go collect her family from the airport" my mum said making me and aria smile knowing Ki was going to be with us for another day and aria was excited to have Ki with her on her birthday morning we continued to talk to my mum before Ki and Jobe came downstairs smiling at each other making my mum have a huge smile on her face at the young couple I knew she was happy that both of her sons were happy and with good people
