It's been a while since we had a journal, sorry. Today's journal is to write down things you are grateful for. Don't just list them, elaborate! It's the simple things that you can be grateful for. Try to do this at least once a week; don't do it every day.
It's clinically proven that the more you realize what you have to be happy for, the happier you'll be. :-)
