This is a fun one. Take out your journal (or a sheet of paper or whatev) and write down what you're thinking. Right now. This very moment. Set a timer for three minutes. And then just WRITE, without thinking, about what you're thinking. Or draw. It doesn't matter. Don't think, DO.
It will be easier once you start.
