This quote is pretty straightforward. A person should get beautiful things, love, compassion: light. That's not exactly something we can control, only hope for.
But it's also on our part to turn that love and compassion into something more beautiful, and give back to the world the beauty it's given us.
At the same time, don't forget that everyone has the potential to be a prism. Give them light.
