Just write down what's on your mind. It doesn't have to reflect on the day. Doesn't have to have a purpose. Just write what you're thinking at that exact moment in time. It relieves a minor burden of having to deal with whatever you're thinking about that exact moment. Let's your mind breathe for a moment.
