Yup. That's your task for today. Breathe. Deeply. Right now. Close your eyes, inhale through your nose, hold for three seconds, exhale through you mouth.

Now do it again!

And again!

You can do it as many times as you want!

So today, if you're feeling stressed, upset, angry, etc. just BREATHE. You will be SHOCKED at the effects. ;-)
