The following weeks were quite dull, Daphne, Theo, and I hung out a little bit more than normal and if I wasn't with them I was with my brother or Pucey. It was as though they took shifts to watch me, it was getting a little old.

"What do you mean you saw Peter Pettigrew on the map? He's dead Harry." I reminded Harry as I gave him a questionable glance.

"I mean I saw Pettigrew on the map, but he was no where to be seen once I got to his spot on the map. And yes, I'm well aware he's dead, you're starting to sound too much like Hermione." He groaned as he ate some chicken.

"Thank you." I replied sticking out my tongue. Hermione giggled as she gave me a high five.

"I'm happy you started joining us for lunches, I needed another sain individual." She laughed making both Ron and Harry groan.

They didn't know about what happened with Malfoy and I, they assumed I've been upset because Black was on the loose and I wasn't going to correct them this far in.

"It's nice spicing it up and sitting with my Gryffindors" I giggled "how was your visit with Hagrid the other day?" I asked, everyone's smile quickly dropped.

"He was quite upset, Malfoy's father went to the ministry and-" Hermione stopped talking, sighing. I could tell where the conversation was going.

"They're executing him." Ron interjected. "Poor buckbeak. Poor Hagrid." I frowned thinking of the large man who loved nothing more than to be kind.

"He doesn't deserve this, it isn't right." I said shaking my head.

"There's nothing we can do Scar." Harry responded holding my hand.

"I'm going to kill him." my voice no longer sad, but instead mad.

Draco may've been a jerk to me, but getting an animal killed was another thing entirely.

I turned around and saw the blond laughing with Blaise, Crabbe, Goyle, and Pansy.

Ugh Pansy the fiend, she was the only person I hated more than Malfoy.

"It's no use Scar, killing Malfoy isn't going to solve anything, believe me I already thought about it." Harry chuckled lightly.

He was right, Malfoy's father would probably have me killed in minutes if I ruined his family's reputation by harming his son.

What a faker, he didn't even like Malfoy, just pretended. No wonder Malfoy is the way he is.

"How has your whole patronus charm tutoring been going?" I asked Harry trying to change the subject.

He quickly shook his head, "not great, I've learned a bit about mum and dad though, they were friends with Lupin." He smiled lightly.

"Lupin just seems- off." Hermione shrugged interjecting. "Why do you think that?" I asked.

Hermione sighed in response.

Weird.

Lupin was the first defense against the dark arts teacher Harry actually liked, and of all the teachers he was honestly the coolest. Nothing was really odd about him, except for his random absences I suppose.

"I think he's sick, literally not metaphorically, he's out so randomly, it seems odd I suppose. Other than that though he's great." I replied. Hermione nodded her head a little. Whatever her theory was, she wanted to keep it to herself.

"Are you guys excited for the Ravenclaw versus Slytherin match this weekend? I have high hopes. Adrian and Theo are nonstop talk." I giggled, again changing the awkward moment.
