Aria stood checking over the young boy who had been brought into the E.R by his mother for sharp stomach pains. "Hi, I'm Dr. Grey." Aria smiled at the mother before looking quickly at the little boy.

"Hi. Uh, he's really hot and his stomach's hurting so much.He was fine. We were playing at the zoo one minute, And he was fine. I don't ... please." The mother begged looking at the resident who offered her a soft smiled before turning her attention to Noah.

"Okay. All right, noah, does it hurt over here?" Aria asked as she examined his stomach while he let out a loud groan as she felt the side of his stomach.

"Ah! Ah. It's okay, baby." His mother tried soothing him while Aria smiled at one of the nurses.

"Okay, Let's page Dr. Robbins please, quickly." Aria informed the nurse who nodded at her request.

"Right away, Dr. Grey." The nurse said before Aria thanked her and continued to monitor Noah.

Arizona had transferred Noah on to the paediatric ward while Aria had gone to run some tests. "Upper right chest and k. U. B. Are negative." Aria told her attending as she showed her the results.

"Go get him set up For a c. T. With contrast." Arizona instructed her resident as Aria smiled at the parents before heading to set up the scan.

Aria sat beside Meredith as Lexie joined them and Cristina. She had began yet another rant about Mark which was kind of growing tiring for those who constantly had to listen.

"You know how much mental energy Mark took up? You know, I-I am telling you, ending it is the best thing that coulda happened to me, and for him.Do you know how much happier he'd be if he could just move on?" Lexie says to them while aria groaned slightly catching the attention of her twin.

"Looked to like he was trying to pick up teddy." Meredith added causing Aria to glare at her for enabling the constant rambling.

"Mm? Well, sure. Oh, he'll sleep with her.He slept with Addison. He'll screw anything that moves. But what, I'm supposed to check into a convent?" Lexie says while Aria nodded pretending to listen while she looked around the cafeteria.

"Ah I see Alex. Sorry Lex I really hope you sort out your problem." Aria smiled before hurrying after her boyfriend. "Let's get out of here quickly." Aria said grabbing Alex who quickly grabbed his food following after her.

"You missed me that much?" Alex smirked while Aria rolled her eyes at his arrogant expression.

"You are exhausting. But if I have to sit through one more minute of Lexie complaining about Mark I might actually hit my own sister." Aria complained before Alex quickly pressed his lips against hers.

"I really don't want to hear it either not when I've got something better we could be doing." He mumbled before dragging Aria to one of the On-call rooms.

"I think we found our problem.Noah had a cyst on his liver, and it ruptured, And that's what's causing so much pain." Arizona explained to Noah's parents who looked completely confused.

"A cyst? Why would he have a cyst?" His father questioned looking between both of the surgeons.

"They can be congenital or infectious. They're usually benign, but they can rupture with pressure." Aria informs them before the father questioned them further.

"Pressure? What kind of pressure? You mean like a fall? Did ... did noah take a fall today?" His father stuttered looking at his wife who quickly shook her head.

"Okay, the truth is, it doesn't matter what caused the rupture. What matters is that we operate right away." Arizona explained to the parents.

"Oh, my god. Oh, my god. We were doing bear hugs.We were ... I-I hugged him.I hugged him hard. That's when ... that's what did this?" Kelly cried out looking between both of them surgeons.

"Noah? Noah? What's happening?" His father called out as the monitor began beeping erratically.

"Grey, get an O.R. We're going now." Arizona warned looking at her resident before Aria nodded quickly going to find an available O.R.

Arizona had extracted the cyst before going to tell the parents that their son was going to be just fine. "He's just coming out from under anesthesia. And he's probably gonna be in a little pain from the surgery, But ... He's gonna be fine." Arizona explained to Noah's parents who were clearly still very terrified and worried.

"Is this gonna happen again?" Kelly asked looking at the attending.

"It's possible that he'll develop a cyst iv the future, So you're gonna have to keep an eye out." Arizona says to her with a small smile on her lips

"This was ... I hugged him do I not hug him? Do we not wrestle?" Kelly asks looking at them.

"You don't throw him on the ground." Noah's dad interrupted before Kelly cut him off again.

"Well, he's a boy. He likes to wrestle. It's not like I initiate it." Kelly tried to defend herself to him.

"Of course you hug him.And you wrestle. You live your lives. And if he happens to be in any great pain, Then you know what ..." Arizona explained to the both of them.

"So there isn't any kind of preventative thing that ..." His father asks while Kelly shakes her head in frustration.

"Please let her finish." She snapped before Arizona looked at her.

"It's okay.I was done." She said offering a soft smile to the both of them while Aria looked at the two of them.

"Are you ready to see him?" Aria asked before the two exchanged a Quick Look with one another.

"Yeah." Kelly smiled before Aria nodded and lead the two of them to where Noah was recovering after his surgery.
