Aria plopped down on the couch in Meredith's room, watching as the Mercy West residents walked past. She sat up, giving her sister a slight glare, sensing that big changes were on the horizon.
"Looks like everything's 'bout to take a turn," Aria mumbled, exchanging a knowing glance with her sister before heading off to the resident locker room.
Aria strolled into the room and caught sight of Izzie in a heated argument with one of the Mercy West residents. Alex swiftly intervened, pulling Izzie away. Aria glanced at the group, feeling a bit annoyed.
"Don't you lot have work to do?" Aria snapped, causing everyone to quickly shift their attention back to their tasks.
Aria made her way towards Meredith's room, where she found all the residents gathered. She plopped down on the edge of Meredith's bed and asked, "So, is this where we're all hiding?"
Meredith quickly dismissed the notion, urging everyone to go find surgeries and show that it's their hospital. Aria chuckled, appreciating Meredith's determination.
"Nice to see you in high spirits," Aria chuckled, before setting off to find her attending.

Aria stood next to Mark in the lab, observing him as he worked on something. She couldn't help but ask, "Hey, are we actually gonna get to do some surgeries today?"Mark turned to her with a smirk and teased, "Am I boring you, Dr. Grey? Would you rather be duking it out with the other residents?"
Aria playfully shoved him, causing Mark to chuckle. "You know, sometimes you can be as much of an ass as Alex," she muttered to her friend, who continued to tease her.
Aria playfully rolled her eyes at one of Mark's comment, but she couldn't help but smile. "Oh, come on, Mark. You know I can handle the heat," she retorted, giving him a playful nudge.
Mark chuckled and leaned against the lab counter, crossing his arms. "Yeah, I know you can, Aria. That's why I like having you around. Keeps things interesting," he said with a mischievous grin.
Aria couldn't help but laugh at his remark. "Well, you certainly know how to keep things interesting, Mark. But don't think I won't give you a taste of your own medicine one of these days," she warned, giving him a playful wink.
Mark raised an eyebrow, pretending to be intimidated. "Oh, I'm shaking in my boots, Grey. I can't wait to see what you have in store for me," he teased, a playful glint in his eyes.
Aria gave Mark a playful eye-roll, unable to hide her amusement. "Oh please, Mark. You know I can handle the pressure," she retorted, a mischievous smile playing on her lips.
Mark chuckled, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Of course, Aria. I wouldn't doubt your skills for a second," he replied, his tone filled with playful admiration.
The two friends continued their banter, teasing each other in the lab while still managing to maintain a professional atmosphere. As they wrapped up their work in the lab, Mark and Aria made their way to the hospital wards to check on Mark's patients. They walked side by side, discussing the progress of each patient and sharing their thoughts on potential treatment plans.

Aria bumped into Lexie, and she could tell something was up just by looking at her youngest sister's guilty expression. Aria couldn't help but tease her, saying, "What trouble did you get yourself into this time, Lexie?"Lexie quickly tried to deny any wrongdoing, saying, "Why do you assume I did something? Can't a girl have a guilty face for no reason?"
Aria wasn't fooled. She smirked and replied, "Oh come on, Lexie. It's written all over your face, and you won't even look at me."
Finally, Lexie couldn't keep up the act any longer. She admitted, "Okay, fine. Maybe I did something I wasn't supposed to."
Aria leaned in, curious to know the details. She asked, "Alright, spill it, Lexie. What did you do?"
With a sigh, Lexie confessed, "I may have taken Dr. Kepner's notebook and read some of her notes. And, well, I used what I found to mess with her head. I know it was wrong, and now I don't know how to fix it."
Aria's expression softened, and she gave Lexie some sisterly advice. "First things first, you need to apologize, Lexie. Then, we have to handle this situation fairly. This merger thing is a chance for us to prove that they made the right choice by keeping use here. We'll show everyone what the Greys are capable of."
Lexie nodded, realizing the right course of action. "Yeah, you're right. I should go return the notebook. And after that, let's go to Joe's because I definitely need a drink."
Aria chuckled and agreed, "You read my mind, Little sister. Let's do it."

Aria headed to her locker, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. As she opened her locker, she found a folded note tucked inside. Curiosity piqued, she sat down on the nearby bench and began reading it. Meanwhile, Alex walked into the hallway, his eyes immediately finding Aria. "Hey," he greeted her with a warm smile.Aria looked up at him and returned a small smile, but Alex could sense that something was bothering her. "What's wrong?" he asked, concern evident in his voice.
Taking a deep breath, Aria summarized the contents of the note. "Izzie and Adam... they're leaving. Izzie got fired, and Adam decided he couldn't stay if she wasn't there."
Alex sat down beside her, reading the note for himself. The news hit them Aria hard. She knew that life was full of changes, but they never expected them to happen so suddenly. After losing George, she had hoped for a period of stability, but it seemed like fate had other plans. It felt like just when things started to improve, everything shifted again.
In that moment, they realized the importance of their bond. They had been through so much together, and they knew they could rely on each other for support. They also had a tight-knit group of friends who would be there for them. Even though everything seemed uncertain, they held onto the belief that change could bring new opportunities.
