Aria was brushing her teeth since she had just got out of the shower and Alex was finishing up in the shower. "Hey, Aria." Meredith said walking into the bathroom.
"Mer?" Aria questioned before turning to her twin sister as Alex slid open the door of the shower. "He's here too." Aria mumbled while Meredith just shrugged at the couple.
"Okay, so Izzie's not here, and Cristina's not answering her phone, and I have a thing, so I need you and I need him to be a girl for me." Meredith says looking at the couple who both shrug in response.
"What'd he do?" Aria asks seeing the expression on her twins face.
"Want me to kick his ass?" Alex smirked while Aria rolled her eyes at him.
"He wants me to have a baby." Meredith grumbled causing Aria to look at her slightly shocked.
"So you do want me to kick his ass." Alex asks her.
"Alex." Meredith says to him not impressed before looking at her sister.
"Do you want to have a baby?" Aria asks her softly.
"A baby doesn't want me. We had the worst mother in the world. I would be the worst mother in the world." Meredith said while Aria and Alex looked at her slightly before the bathroom door opened.
"Hey, Alex" Derek asks walking in seeing the three of them talking trying to figure out what was going on.
"I needed advice from Aria and he's being a girl for me. And I have no idea what those two were doing." Meredith excused before Aria threw something at her.
"Right.Well, there's a guy downstairs says he's your brother.You want me to send him up here to the bathroom since this seems to be where you receive your visitors?" Derek asked before Aria threw something at him too.
"Uh, tell him to wait." Meredith says to her husband who nods before Aria looked at her boyfriend.
"You have a brother?" Aria asked him since Alex rarely had mentioned anything about his family in the entirety of their relationship.
"Yeah." He replied quietly before Meredith looked up at him.
"Do you want me to go get rid of him?" Meredith asked looking between her sister and her friend.
"Crap.What's he doing here?" Alex grunted to himself before Aria headed to go get change and ready for work.

"I'm overdue for a visit, it's been seven years." Aaron told them as Aria walked in after finishing getting ready for work.
"No, it has not." Alex says not quite believing how long it had been since he had left home.
"Since you've been home.Seven years." Aaron repeated looking at his older brother before Derek looked up.
"You haven't been home in seven years?" He questioned Alex before Meredith walked towards her husband.
"Derek.I have this." Meredith said looking at him.
"Hey, I'm Derek. Nice meeting you." Derek introduced himself holding out his hand.
"Aaron." He shakes his hand before Derek headed to work himself.
"Meredith, by the way. And that's Aria." Meredith introduced as Aria gave a small wave from across the room.
"Hello." Aria mumbled quickly while Alex watched her closely.
"Nice to meet you." He nodded to the both of them before Alex caught his attention once again .
"Has it been seven years?" Alex asked looking at his little brother.
