Tilly's POV

I met the guys at the coffee house in the morning and we hung around together all day again.

Before I knew it the school day was over and i was making my way to the bus stop.

As I neared closer I saw a sign. No buses.

How do I get home? Mums not around.

I call Rosie and she tells me she will get one of the guys to drop me home.

I waited patiently and it wasn't long until I saw Michael coming towards me.

"Thank you for doing this Michael." I said feeling bad if he had any plans.

"It's fine I was just going to go home to write a 6000 word essay for tomorrow."

Now I feel bad.

"Oh um sor-..."

"Joking" he said cutting me off. "and by the way you can call me Mikey."

"Don't scare me like that Mikey." I said exaggerating the Mikey part.

"Where is your house because you know I'm not a mind reader." Mikey asked opening the door and I laughed at his sarcastic comment.

"16 Rose Bay Avenue." and then he started the car and was off in seconds.

"You drive very fast." I told him, nervously laughing as I was a tiny bit scared of the speed he was going at.

"You don't like going fast?"

"No, it's a bit scary to be honest." and then he slowed down a bit.

Michael just laughed as he drove up to the gate of my house.

Unlocking the gate I heard him get out of the car.

"This is your house?" he spoke in surprise and disbelief.

"Yeah, my mum works extremely hard with her business." I boasted.

"Would you like to get a coffee? I still don't feel like I know you enough." Mikey asked.

"Sure I will just drop my bags inside."

I got inside and dropped my bags at the bottom of the stairs. Then I took a quick look in the mirror and walked out to see Michael admiring the outside of my house.

"Ready." I spoke and we walked to the nearest coffee house as it was my favourite.

"What would you like?" He questioned.

"Umm.." I took my time but actually I knew exactly what I wanted. "A hot chocolate with cream please."

"I'll be back." he told me.

While I was waiting for Michael to come back with the drinks I took my phone it of my pocket and saw a text from a girl at my old school, Brooke.

It read 'Glad you're not tagging along with us anymore it's been great without you here, lots of love from Brooke.'

What a nice text. As Michael comes over I pretend like nothing happened but I think it's too late.

"What's wrong?" oh great I can't believe it's so obvious.

"It doesn't matter." I try to end it.

"It clearly does because you look upset." he said in an unforced way.

"It's just that this girl from my old school text me and said that I was tagging along with her and her group."

"Tilly." I don't look up from my phone. "You've got us now we're your friends and you don't need to worry about those bitchy girls."
