I picked up the note and studied it carefully. It was not my mums handwriting and there was no signature. As I walked in slowly studying the note something crunched under my foot and it was only then when I looked up I noticed my house has been wrecked. Everything was smashed, cupboard doors left open, if it was breakable it had been broken.

I spent an hour investigating the whole place, it was heart breaking and I didn't know what to do. Mum isn't back until tomorrow and so for now it would have to be Jack's place. I climbed through the damaged place and left to go back to Jack's house. I don't know whether I can tell the truth him or not.

I knocked on the door with my things from earlier and Jack opened it.

"Hey Tilly. Did you forget something?"

"Would it be okay if I stayed at your house tonight?"

"Of course but why?"

"My mum doesn't come back till tomorrow and I think it's best if I you know stay with someone else so I'm not alone."

"Okay. I'm just editing my video anyway so I can help you do yours and then we can order pizza." He says.

"Sounds great." I reply.

The night passes quickly and me and Jack decide to watch a movie however my focus is still on earlier and who did it.

"Are you okay? You've been a bit quiet and reserved tonight." Jack says.

"I'm fine."

"Nothing's bothering you then?" Jack asks and I pause for a moment.

"When I went home earlier me house was trashed."

"What?"

"I know. Everything was smashed to pieces. Literally everything." I say.

"Why didn't you say?" He asks and I shrugged my shoulders. "Well we have to tell someone."

"Tomorrow. I'll ring my mum."

We finish the movie in silence and then go to bed.

In the morning Jack woke me up by opening the blind and handing me a coffee. He pulled out his laptop and began to press the keys hastily which was all that filled the room with noise. I sipped on my coffee and thought about what it would be like if I went to boarding school or moved to England.

"When are you going to phone her?" Jack asks keeping his glance on his laptop screen.

"Soon. Once I'm more awake." I laugh trying to lighten the mood of the current situation.

Luke's POV

I woke up to the sound of Ashton's loud music and Calum and Michael arguing over who's needs to go in the bathroom first. I stumbled out of the room half asleep and got myself a drink out of the fridge. I could hear knocking at the door as I was close but Ashton's music drowned it out otherwise. I opened it to find a very angry man from the hotel.

"Could you please turn that down. We have people complaining." He says.

"Of course." I say. "Ashton turn it down." I shout as loud as I could and the music stopped.
