Luke's POV
My patience is wearing thin as I this can't happen to me again.
"Michael says there's traffic so they are going to be a bit late. He must have picked up Tilly." Calum says looking at his phone.
"Let's go because class starts soon." Rosie suggests and I hesitantly walk behind them making sure I look back but there is no sign Michael's car.
"Calum are you sure Michael picked Tilly up?" I ask him discretely.
"I think so. Have you finally given her a chance?" He questions.
"Sort of." I answer.
"Good. I'm glad to hear it. Being friends won't hurt you." He says as we go in different directions.
I wouldn't be so sure of that. I thought to myself. I just have this strange feeling something is going to happen.
Something bad.
My first lesson was music and when I got there nobody was in the classroom but I went in anyway.
"Ahh, there's my star student." My teacher says and I smile at her. "The rest of the class should be here soon."
And they are. The rest of the class arrive soon we all get onto our separate projects for the rest of the term. Before I begin I quickly check my phone to see if anyone has text me like my mum or Ashton.
1 message.
Hey Luke, I know I'm meant to be giving you space but I heard you wondered where I was and I wanted to know if everything's alright?
Space? I never asked for space.
Tilly's POV
Me and Michael arrive just in time for me to run to art and get there for registration. I take my seat next to Alex and I notice something different about him.
"Nice hair cut." I say to him once registration is over.
"Thanks." He says and laughs. "Would you like to go out some time Tilly?" He then asks.
"Yes, sounds great. When?" I ask back.
"Tonight, after school. Meet me at the top of the stairs." He tells me.
"Okay. Now the project where are we going? I brought some photos but I have no artists." I ask.
"Well, so how about you research artists while I look for the best places to visit with lots of buildings."
"Where are we going after school?" I ask.
"It's a surprise." He smirks.
"Okay." I laugh.
I was a bit slow packing my things away and so everyone had left before me. I look through the glass door where I came in over an hour ago to see a tall blonde haired boy standing outside waiting. I smile to myself as I pack my last book in my bag and walk towards the door. I'm gonna be best friends with him for a long time.
"Hey Mikey."
"Hey Tilly. What are you doing after school?" He asks as we walk out of the building.
"I'm going out with a friend from art." I say.
"Who's that?" He asks.
"Alex." I answer.
"Alex Harvey?" He questioned.
"Yeah that's him."
"Oh god." He says and stops dead in his tracks.
