Later that night, a Koro-2 all environment exodrive airspeeder was parked on an ledge of a tall building with posters on it. Out of it exited a woman in a purple bodysuit, a cape-seal, a helmet and blast-sink skirt named Zam Wesell, walking to a man in a customized silver and blue armor with a helmet, vambraces and a Z-6 jetpack.
"I hit the ship, but they used a decoy." Zam said.
"We'll have to try something more subtle this time, Zam." The man said. "My client is getting impatient. Take these."
The man gave Zam a cylinder with deadly kouhuns, poisonous arthropods. "Be careful. They're very poisonous."
Zam was about to walk back to the speeder before the man stopped her. "Zam, there can be no mistakes this time."
Zam wrapped the cape-seal over her mouth and walked back to her speeder.

(Padmé's apartment)
Anakin was standing in the living room in a meditative state, quiet. From the corridor Obi-Wan walked back into the living room, removing his cloak.
"Captain Typho has more than enough men downstairs." Obi-Wan said. "No assassin would try that way." He tossed his cloak on one of the couches. "Any activity up here?"
"Quiet as a tomb." Anakin said, walking up to his master. "I don't like just waiting here for something to happen to her."
Obi-Wan took a palm-sized view scanner from his utility belt. As it beeped, he noticed it showed a shot of R2 by the door in the bedroom, but no sign of Padmé.
"What's going on?" Obi-Wan asked.
Anakin shrugged, looking back to the bedroom. "Ah, she covered the cameras. I don't think she liked me watching her."
Obi-Wan put the scanner back in his utility belt, walking towards the bedroom. "What is she thinking?"
"She programmed R2 to warn us if there is an intruder."
In the bedroom, Padmé was sleeping soundly in the dark room, while R2 was also in a sleep mode.
"There are many other ways to kill a senator." Obi-Wan said.
"I know, but we also want to catch this assassin, don't we, Master?"
"You're using her as bait." Obi-Wan crossed his arms.
"It was her idea. Don't worry. No harm will come to her. I can sense everything going on in that room. Trust me."
Obi-Wan looked back at the bedroom. "It's too risky. Besides, your senses aren't that attuned, my young apprentice."
"And yours are?"
Obi-Wan turned back to Anakin. "Possibly."

Back with Zam, she was loading an assassin droid ASN-121 with the cylinder, programming it to go to Padmé's apartment. Once the cylinder was inside, the droid flew in the direction the apartment was in.

(Padmé's apartment)
Anakin was standing in the balcony, looking over the city and the traffic. Looking inside, he was Obi-Wan standing by, looking worried at him.
"You look tired." Obi-Wan said.
